Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 전극활물질을 포함하고 있는 이차전지용 전극 합제로서, 중합도 2500 이상 및 검화도 90% 이상의 PVA가 바인더로서 포함되어 있는 전극 합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PVA는 전극 합제의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 30 중량%로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합도는 3500 내지 6000인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 검화도는 98% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 합제는 음극 활물질로서 탄소계 활물질, 규소계 활물질, 주석계 활물질 및 규소-탄소계 활물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 합제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질로서 규소계 활물질, 주석계 활물질 및/또는 규소-탄소계 활물질을 사용하는 경우, PVA의 함량은 5 중량% 이상인 것을 특 징으로 하는 전극 합제.
- 바인더로서 중합도 2500 이상 및 검화도 90% 이상의 PVA와 전극활물질의 전극 합제를 용매에 용해하여 제조된 슬러리를 집전체에 도포한 후 건조하여 제조되는 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 건조는 270℃ 이하에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전극 합제를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 리튬 이차전지.
