Description
Claims (9)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 30 ~ 80 중량%, 고유점도가 1.2 ~ 2인 폴리에스테르 수지 20~70 중량%, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지와 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 충격보강재 0.5 ~ 20 중량부를 포함하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충격보강재는 반응성 올레핀계 공중합체, 코어-쉘 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 반응성 올레핀계 공중합체는 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌/옥텐 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체에, 무수말레산, 글리세릴메타크릴레이트, 옥사졸린과 같은 반응성 작용기들 중 선택되는 하나 이상이 그라프트되어 있는 것이고,상기 코어-쉘 공중합체는 디엔계 고무, 아크릴레이트계 고무 또는 실리콘계 고무 단량체 중에서 선택한 1종 이상을 중합한 고무질 중합체에, 그라프트 가능한 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, 및 C1-C4 알킬 또는 페닐 핵치환 말레이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상의 단량체를 그라프트시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 디엔계 고무는 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체(EPDM) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이 사용되고,상기 아크릴레이트계 고무는 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, n-프로필아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 헥실메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 아크릴레이트 단량체를 경화제를 사용하여 제조되며,상기 실리콘계 고무는 헥사메틸시클로트리실록산, 옥타메틸시클로테트라실록산, 데카메틸시클로펜타실록산, 도데카메틸시클로헥사실록산, 트리메틸트리페닐시클로트리실록산, 테트라메틸테트라페닐시클로테트로실록산, 옥타페닐시클로테트라실록산 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 시클로실록산으로부터 제조되는 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기의 C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 C1-C8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류는 각각 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산의 에스테르류로서 1∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 모노히드릴 알코올로부터 제조된 에스테르류인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리페닐렌테레프탈레이트 또는 이들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 얼로이 조성물에는 무기물, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료 또는/및 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 고분자 얼로이 조성물로 제조된 성형품.
- 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지 및 충격보강재로 이루어진 수지 조성물에서, 폴리카보네이트 수지와 폴리에스테르 수지가 10 ~ 200 ㎚ 크기로 상분리된 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 얼로이 조성물.
