Claims (8)
- 성형기의 형체(型締)장치에 마련된 적어도 하나의 변형(strain)검출장치로부터의 출력에 근거하여 형체력을 검출하는 형체력 검출방법으로서,이 형체장치가 무(無)부하일 때에 이 변형검출장치로부터 출력되는 제1 출력값을 검출하고,상기 형체장치에 의하여 형체력을 발생하고 있을 때에 상기 검출장치로부터 출력되는 제2 출력값을, 상기 제1 출력값에 근거하여 보정하고,보정한 이 제2 출력값에 근거하여 형체력을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,복수의 변형검출장치가 성형기의 형체장치에 마련되고, 이 변형검출장치의 각각으로부터 출력되는 상기 제1 출력으로부터 상기 제2 출력값을 구하고,상기 제2 출력의 합에 근거하여 형체력을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1 출력값은, 상기 형체장치가 형개(型開) 한계상태의 때에 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제2 출력값의 보정은, 상기 변형검출장치로부터의 출력을 디지털값으로 변환한 디지털값을 이용하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 변형검출장치는 변형 게이지로 이루어지고,상기 제2 출력값의 보정은, 이 변형 게이지의 비교 증폭기회로에 공급하는 기준전압을 상기 제1 출력값에 근거하여 변경함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 비교 증폭기회로의 출력전압을 디지털값으로 변환하여 유지하고, 이 디지털값을 아날로그값으로 변환하여 상기 기준전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 비교 증폭기회로는 직렬로 접속된 적어도 2개 이상의 비교 증폭기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 복수의 변형검출장치 중 적어도 2개의 변형검출장치에 근거하는 출력값을 비교하여, 비교결과가 미리 정하여진 값보다 큰 경우에는 이상(異常)이라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형체력 검출방법.
