Claims (4)
- 발광부;상기 발광부로부터 방출된 광속을 수광부로 투과하는 복수의 광투과부 또는 상기 발광부로부터 방출된 광속을 수광부로 반사하는 복수의 광반사부를 구비하며, 상기 발광부에 대하여 상대적으로 이동가능한 메인 스케일; 및상기 광투과부의 간격과 관련되어 동일한 간격으로 배치된 복수의 수광 소자를 구비하며, 상기 광속을 전기신호로 변환하는 수광부를 포함하며,상기 메인 스케일은, 제1 간격으로 배치된 복수의 광투과부 또는 복수의 광반사부가 구비된 제1 영역과, 상기 제1 간격과는 상이한 제2 간격으로 배치된 복수의 광투과부 또는 복수의 광반사부가 구비된 제2 영역을 포함하고,소정 간격마다 선택된 수광 소자로부터의 상기 전기신호를 합산하여 2상 신호를 획득하며,상기 메인 스케일의 제1 간격 및 제2 간격은, 상기 2상 신호를 처리하여 획득한 상기 메인 스케일과 상기 발광부간의 상대 위치 변위가 상기 제1 영역 및 제2 영역에서 같고, 상기 제1 영역 또는 상기 제2 영역이 상기 전기신호를 처리하여 획득된 광량의 차이에 근거하여 결정되도록 결정된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광부는, 상기 광투과부 또는 상기 광반사부의 일부로부터 광속을 수광하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과부는 슬릿을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광부로부터 얻어지는 상기 전기신호를 처리하여, 상기 메인 스케일과 상기 수광부간의 상대적인 이동량과, 상기 메인 스케일의 절대위치를 검출하는 신호처리부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
