Description
Claims (12)
- 발광부와,상기 발광부로부터 방출된 광속을 투과 또는 반사하는 광투과부 또는 광반사부가 대략 동일한 간격으로 구비되어 있고, 상기 발광부에 대하여 상대적으로 이동 가능한 메인 스케일과,상기 메인 스케일의 광투과부 또는 광반사부로부터 광속을 수광하여 전기신호로 변환하는 수광부를 구비하고,상기 광투과부 또는 광반사부의 적어도 한 부분은 누락되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 누락 부분은 복수의 연속적인 부분을 포함하는 그룹으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광부는, 상기 광투과부 또는 광반사부의 일부로부터 광속을 수광하여 판독하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과부는 슬릿을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 메인 스케일의 슬릿의 길이보다 더 짧은 길이를 갖고 있으며, 상기 메인 스케일의 슬릿과 동일한 방향으로 향하고 있는 복수의 슬릿이 설치되어 있는 인덱스 스케일을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 메인 스케일이 이동하는 방향과 동일한 방향으로 배치된 복수의 슬릿은 상기 인덱스 스케일 상에 더 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광부는 상기 메인 스케일이 이동하는 방향을 따라 복수의 부분으로 나누어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메인 스케일의 절대위치는 상기 누락 부분을 이용하여 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광부로부터 얻어지는 상기 전기신호를 처리하여, 상기 메인 스케일과 상기 수광부간의 상대적인 이동량과, 상기 메인 스케일의 절대위치를 검출하는 신호처리부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 신호처리부는 상기 수광부에 의해 수광되는 광량의 변동에 의거하여 상기 절대위치를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 발광부에 흐르는 전류값을 조정하여 상기 수광부에 의해 수광된 광량이 소정의 값이 되게 하는 수광 광량 안정화회로를 더 구비하고,상기 메인 스케일 상의 누락부는 상기 전류값의 변동에 의해 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 신호처리부는 온도에 따른 상기 전류값의 변동을 보상하는 온도 보상회로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 변위 측정장치.
