Claims (14)
- 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 중합성 이중결합 부위가 방향환의 탄소원자 중 하나에 결합되어 있는 치환기를 갖는 하나 이상의 중합성 화합물을 (공)중합함으로서 얻어진 고분자 발광재료로서, 상기 중합성 화합물의 하나 이상은 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 이리듐 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.(식중, R25는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1~5개의 직쇄상 알킬기를 나타낸다.)(식중, R1~R24는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 탄소수 1~10개 의 알킬기, 탄소수 6~10개의 아릴기, 탄소수 1~10개의 알킬기로 치환되어 있어도 좋은 아미노기, 탄소수 1~10개의 알콕시기 또는 실릴기를 나타내고, 단 R2~R7 중의 하나는 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 중합성 이중결합 부위, 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 중합성 이중결합 부위가 상기 환의 탄소원자 중 하나에 결합되어 있는 방향환기, 및 일반식(2)으로 표시되는 중합성 이중결합 부위를 갖는 방향환기로 치환되어 있고 헤테로 원자를 함유하지 않는 탄화수소기에서 선택되는 중합성 치환기이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1) 중 R1, R4, R5, R8, R9, R12, R13, R16, R17, R20, R21 및 R24가 수소원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 캐리어 수송성 화합물과 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 중합성 이리듐 착체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 수송성 화합물은 정공 수송성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 수송성 화합물은 전자 수송성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 이리듐 착체, 정공 수송성 화합물 및 전자 수송성 화합물을 함유하는 중합성 화합물의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 이리듐 착체, 일반식(4)으로 표시되는 정공 수송성 화합물 및 일반식(5)으로 표시되는 전자 수송성 화합물을 함유하는 중합성 화합물의 3종 이상을 공중합함으로써 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)으로 표시되는 중합성 이리듐 착체를 중합함으로써 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 발광재료.
- 1쌍의 전극, 및 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고분자 발광재료를 사용한 발광층을 포함하는 일층 또는 복수층의 유기층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광소자.
- 제12항에 기재된 유기 발광소자를 사용한 면광원.
- 제12항에 기재된 유기 발광소자를 사용한 화상 디스플레이 디바이스.
