Claims (5)
- 빨강 및 초록, 파랑의 색재로 각 화소를 형성하는 컬러필터와, 차광막을 가지는 제1기판과,상기 화소내에 투과 영역을 형성하는 투과 화소전극과, 반사 영역을 형성하는 반사 화소전극과, 상기 투과 화소전극 및 상기 반사 화소전극에 인가하는 신호나 제어신호를 공급하는 배선을 가지는 제2기판과,상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판에 끼워진 액정과,초록의 상기 색재를 가지는 상기 화소에만 형성되어, 상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판과의 간격을 규정하는 기둥모양 스페이서와,상기 기둥모양 스페이서를 형성한 위치 근방의 소정의 영역에만 설치된 차광부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기둥 모양 스페이서는, 상기 배선에 대응하는 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기둥 모양 스페이서는, 상기 반사 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 기둥모양 스페이서는, 상기 반사 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,표시 면적에 대한 상기 기둥 모양 스페이서의 점유율은, 0.15%∼0.35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
