Claims (19)
- 측쇄 액정 함유 폴리머 및 액상 도전성 고분자를 포함하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄 액정 함유 폴리머는 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 폴리머, 폴리스티렌계 폴리머, 폴리아미드계 폴리머, 메타크릴레이트계 폴리머, 실록산계 폴리머 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 도전성 고분자는, 액상 폴리티오펜, 액상 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 액상 도전성 고분자는 액상 폴리티오펜인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 도전성 고분자의 함량은 전체 반도전성 벨트 중 2 내지 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도전성 벨트는 전체 반도전성 벨트 중 3 내지 5 중량%의 저분자량 왁스 또는 오일을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무이음선 (seamless) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도전성 벨트의 비중은 1.02 내지 1.13이고, 내부 점도는 1.30 내지 1.50 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도전성 벨트의 체적 저항은 108 내지 1014 (Ωcm)인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도전성 벨트의 두께는 50 내지 600㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도전성 벨트는 이중 기포 튜브형 공정 (double bubble tubular film process)을 사용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트.
- 측쇄 액정 함유 폴리머 및 액상 도전성 고분자를 질소 분위기 하에서 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 압출기 내에서 혼합 및 펠렛화하는 단계; 상기 펠렛을 건조하는 단계; 및건조된 펠렛을 이중 기포 튜브형 사출기에 주입하여 반도전성 벨트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 반도전성 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 압출기는 내부 직경이 26 내지 29 mm이고, 외부 직경이 29 내지 32 mm인 스크류 압출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 압출 단계에서의 압출 온도는 200 내지 260℃인 것 을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이중 기포 튜브형 사출기 내에서의 제2 기포 단계에서의 블로우 업 비율은 1.24 내지 1.26이고, 드로우 다운 비율은 21 내지 23인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이중 기포 튜브형 사출기 내에서의 제2 기포 단계에서의 스트레칭 온도는 65 내지 110℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 반도전성 벨트에 이형성을 부여하기 위한 첨가제 코팅 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전성 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 반도전성 벨트를 포함하는 전자사진 화상형성장치.
