Claims (46)
- 락테이트를 lactyl-CoA로 전환하는 효소의 유전자와 lactyl-CoA를 기질로 사용하는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트(polyhydroxyalkanoates: PHA) 합성효소 유전자를 동시에 가지고, 폴리락테이트(polylactate) 또는 하이드록시알카노에이트-락테이트 공중합체[poly(hydroxyalkanoate-co-lactate)] 생성능을 가지는 세포 또는 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, PHA 합성효소 유전자를 가지지 않는 세포 또는 식물을 락테이트를 lactyl-CoA로 전환하는 효소의 유전자와 lactyl-CoA를 기질로 사용하는 PHA 합성효소의 유전자로 형질전환하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 식물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 락테이트를 lactyl-CoA로 전환하는 효소의 유전자는 propionyl-CoA transferase 유전자(pct)인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 식물.
- 제2항에 있어서, lactyl-CoA를 기질로 사용하는 PHA 합성효소의 유전자는 phaC인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 식물.
- 제2항에 있어서, pct를 포함하는 재조합벡터로 형질전환되고, 동시에 phaC 또는 phaRBC를 포함하는 벡터로 형질전환되거나 phaC 또는 phaRBC가 염색체 상에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 식물.
- 제2항에 있어서, lactyl-CoA를 기질로 사용하는 PHA 합성효소의 유전자는 phaRBC인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 식물.
- 제2항에 있어서, PHA 합성효소 유전자를 가지거나 혹은 가지지 않는 미생물은 대장균인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 세포를 락테이트; 또는 락테이트와 다양한 하이드록시알카노에이트를 탄소원으로 함유하는 배지에서 배양한 다음, 상기 배양된 세포로부터 폴리락테이트 또는 하이드록시알카노에이트-락테이트 공중합체를 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리락테이트 또는 하이드록시알카노에이트-락테이트 공중합체[poly(hydroxyalkanoate-co-lactate)]의 제조방법.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 세포를 락테이트와 지방산을 탄소원으로 함유하는 배지에서 배양한 다음, 상기 배양된 세포로부터 탄소수 3~12의 3HA와 락테이트의 공중합체를 회수하는 것을 특징으로 탄소수 3~12의 3HA와 락테이트의 공중합체[poly(3HA-co-lactate)]를 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 데카논산이고, 상기 3HA는 3HHx, 3HO 및 3HD인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체[poly(3HHx-co-3HO-co-3HD-co-lactate)]의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 도데카논산이고, 상기 3HA는 3HHx, 3HO, 3HD 및 3HDD인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체[poly(3HHx-co-3HO-co-3HD-co-3HDD-lactate)]의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 식물을 재배한 다음, 상기 재배된 식물체로부터 폴리락테이트 또는 하이드록시알카노에이트-락테이트 공중합체를 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리락테이트 또는 하이드록시알카노에이트-락테이트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, lactyl-CoA를 기질로 사용하는 PHA 합성효소의 유전자를 가지는 세포 또는 식물을 락테이트를 lactyl-CoA로 전환하는 효소의 유전자로 형질전환하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 식물.

- 탄소수 3~12의 3HA와 락테이트의 공중합체[poly(3HA-co-lactate)].
- 제44항에 있어서, 상기 3HA는 3HHx, 3HO 및 3HD를 함유하는 공중합체[poly(3HHx-co-3HO-co-3HD-co-lactate)].
