Claims (6)
- 피검출체에 대향하여 배치되고 자계를 발생하는 자석을 갖는 수지 성형체와,상기 피검출체의 이동에 따른 상기 자계의 변화를 검출하는 자기 검출 수단을 조립한 IC칩 및 상기 IC칩이 탑재된 리드 프레임이 수지 밀봉된 IC 패키지를 구비하고,상기 리드 프레임은, 상기 IC 칩에 조립된 조정 저항부의 저항치를 조정하는 조정용 단자로서의 프로빙부를 가지며,상기 IC 패키지는, 상기 수지 성형체에 상기 IC 패키지를 조립하여 일체화 한 상태에서 상기 프로빙부가 외부로 노출되는 개구를 가지며,상기 개구를 통해 상기 프로빙부에 전류를 흐르게 함으로서 상기 조정 저항부의 저항치를 조정하는 것으로서,상기 리드 프레임에 상기 프로빙부의 주위를 둘러쌓도록 하여 수지가 상기 프로빙부에 침입하는 것을 방지하는 침입방지 수단이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 침입 방지 수단은 홈(溝))인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 침입 방지 수단은 벽(壁))인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 항에 있어서,상기 수지 성형체 및 상기 IC 패키지에는, 수지 성형체 및 IC 패키지의 상대 위치를 정하며 또한 일체화하는 위치 결정·일체화 수단이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 리드 프레임은, 비자성 부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자기 검출 수단은, 자기 저항 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 검출 장치.
