Claims (13)
- 유색재료로 표면처리된 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 마블칩은 표면의 전부 또는 일부가 유색재료로 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인조대리석 표면에 노출된 마블칩 표면은 투명한 면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 코팅 또는 증착인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유색재료는 도료 및 금속 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 금, 은, 동, 알루미늄 및 니켈로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석.
- 유색재료로 표면처리된 투명 마블칩을 인조대리석용 조성물에 첨가하여 경화성 조성물을 형성하고;상기 경화성 조성물을 경화시키고; 그리고상기 경화된 조성물을 샌딩하여 마블칩의 투명한 면을 경화된 조성물 표면에 노출시키는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 마블칩은 투명수지 판을 분쇄하여 제조된 투명 마블칩을 도료로 표면처리하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 마블칩은 투명수지 판의 표면에 금속 증착을 한 후 이 를 분쇄하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 인조대리석용 조성물은 최소한 하나의 폴리머로 이루어지는 매트릭스 및 무기 충전제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머는 아크릴계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 인조대리석용 조성물은 표면처리되지 않은 마블칩을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 투명수지는 아크릴계 수지 또는 불포화에스테르계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 입체적 투명 마블칩을 함유한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
