Claims (7)
- 기판의 표면에 도포액의 액적을 분사하여 도포하는 도포 공정과,도포된 상기 도포액을 건조시켜 상기 도포액에 포함되는 용질의 고형물을 생성하는 건조 공정을 구비하고,상기 기판 표면의 소정 영역에 있어서, 상기 도포 공정과 상기 건조 공정을 2회 이상 반복하여, 소정의 두께를 갖는 고형물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정에 있어서, 에어나이프 노즐은 도포액을 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포 공정에 있어서, 차단판은 도포액이 건조하는 것을 막는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고형물의 두께가 1 ㎛ 이상이 되기까지, 상기 도포 공정과 상기 건조 공정을 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 방법.
- 기판 표면에 도포액이 도포되어야 할 영역을 둘러싸도록 상단부면이 발(撥) 잉크 처리된 뱅크를 형성하는 공정과,기판의 표면에 형성된 뱅크로 둘러싸인 구획에 도포액의 액적을 분사하여 도포하는 도포 공정과.도포된 상기 도포액을 건조시켜 상기 도포액에 포함되는 용질의 고형물을 생성하는 건조 공정을 구비하고,상기 구획에 있어서, 상기 도포 공정과 상기 건조 공정을 2회 이상 반복하여, 소정의 두께를 갖는 고형물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 방법.
- 기판의 표면에 도포액의 액적을 분사하여 도포하는 도포 공정과,도포된 상기 도포액을 건조시켜 차광막을 생성하는 건조 공정을 구비하고,상기 기판 표면의 소정 영역에 있어서, 상기 도포 공정과 상기 건조 공정을 2회 이상 반복하여, 소정의 두께를 갖는 차광막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 기판의 표면에 형성된 뱅크로 둘러싸인 구획에 도포액의 액적을 분사하여 도포하는 도포 공정과,도포된 상기 도포액을 건조시켜 차광막을 생성하는 건조 공정을 구비하고,상기 구획에 있어서, 상기 도포 공정과 상기 건조 공정을 2회 이상 반복하여, 소정의 두께를 갖는 차광막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 디바이스 제조 방법.
