Description
Claims (8)
- 전력을 공급하는 전원;상기 전원으로부터의 전력으로 기동되는 제1 승압 회로;상기 제1 승압 회로의 전력을 저장하는 커패시터;상기 커패시터내의 전력으로 기동되는 제2 승압 회로;상기 제 2 승압 회로의 전력으로 동작하는 부하 회로;상기 커패시터의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출 회로; 및전압 검출 신호에 의해 제어되는 스위칭 소자를 포함하고,상기 커패시터의 전압이 소정 전압 이상이라고 판단할 때, 상기 전압 검출 회로는 상기 스위칭 소자를 온시키고 커패시터의 전력으로 제2 승압 회로를 기동시키는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는 상기 제2 승압 회로의 기동이 종료될 때까지 온되어 있는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 승압 회로는 상기 제2 승압 회로가 기동된 후에 그 동작을 정지하는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압 검출 회로는 히스테리시스를 갖는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 승압 회로는 커패시터를 사용하여 승압 모드를 채용하는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 승압 회로는 SOI 웨이퍼 및 승압 커패시터를 사용하는 완전 공핍 N채널형 MOSFET으로 형성되는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는 MOS 전계 효과 트랜지스터를 포함하는, 전자 기기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원은 1셀 태양 전지, 1셀 연료 전지, 전기 이중층 커패시터와 같은 커패시터, 및 제벡 효과를 사용하는 열발전 소자 중 어느 하나인, 전자 기기.
