Claims (18)
- 정극, 부극 및 리튬극 및 리튬 이온을 이송가능한 전해질을 구비하고, 상기 리튬극은, 상기 부극 및/ 또는 정극과 직접 접촉하지 않도록 배치되고 있으며, 외부회로를 통해 상기 리튬극과 상기 부극 및/ 또는 정극과의 사이에 전류를 흐르게 함으로써, 상기 부극 및/ 또는 정극에 리튬을 공급할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전해질은, 리튬 염의 비프로톤성 유기용매 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정극, 부극은, 각각 정극 집전체, 부극 집전체 위에 형성되고 있으며, 상기 정극 집전체 및 부극 집전체는, 각각 표리면을 관통하는 구멍을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬극은, 도전성 다공체로 이루어지는 리튬극 집전체 위에 형성되고 있으며, 상기 리튬극의 적어도 일부가 상기 리튬극 집전체의 기공부에 매립되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 축전장치는, 라미네이트 필름으로 이루어지는 외장 용기를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬극은, 상기 부극 및/ 또는 정극에 대향하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,정극 및 부극으로 이루어지는 전극쌍을 3층 이상 적층한 전극 적층유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,정극 및 부극으로 이루어지는 전극쌍을 권회한 전극 적층유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 축전장치는, 캐퍼시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 정극은, 정극 활물질로서 리튬 이온 및/ 또는 음이온을 가역적으로 담지가능한 물질을 함유하는 동시에, 상기 부극은, 부극 활물질로서 리튬 이온을 가역적으로 담지가능한 물질을 함유하고, 상기 부극 활물질의 단위 중량당 정전 용량은, 정극 활물질의 단위 중량당 정전 용량의 3배 이상이며, 정극 활물질 중량이 부극 활물질 중량보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 부극 활물질이, 방향족계 축합 폴리머의 열처리물이며, 수소원자/탄소원자의 원자비가 0.50∼0.05인 폴리아센계 골격구조를 갖는 불용불융성 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬의 공급공정종료후에, 리튬극에 일부의 리튬이 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치.
- 제 1항에 기재한 축전장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
- 서로 직접 접촉하지 않도록 배치된 정극, 부극, 리튬극의 3극 및 리튬 이온을 이송가능한 전해질을 외장 용기로 밀봉하는 축전장치 조립공정, 상기 외부회로를 통해 상기 리튬극과 상기 부극 및/ 또는 정극과의 사이에 전류를 흐르게 함으로써, 상기 리튬극으로부터 상기 부극 및/ 또는 정극에 리튬을 공급하는 리튬 공급공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 리튬 공급공정 종료후, 리튬극에 있어서의 전량의 리튬이 용출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 리튬 공급공정 종료 후, 리튬극에 일부의 리튬이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전장치의 제조방법.
- 리튬극을 참조극으로서 이용하고, 정극전위, 부극전위를 측정 및 축전장치의 충방전 시에 정극 또는 부극의 전위를 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항에 기재한 축전장치의 사용 방법.
- 상기 축전장치의 사용 후 또는 특성 열화후에 상기 외부회로를 통해 상기 리튬극과 상기 부극 및 / 또는 정극과의 사이에 전류를 흐르게 함으로써, 상기 리튬극으로부터 상기 부극 및 / 또는 정극에 리튬을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항에 기재한 축전장치의 사용 방법.
