Claims (10)
- 제 1 전극과, 제 2 전극과, 그 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터가 배치된 전극 조립체와, 상기 전극 조립체가 수용되도록 하나의 개구부를 구비한 캔과, 상기 캔의 상부에 결합되는 캡 플레이트를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캔은 상기 캔의 4 개의 측면 모서리 가운데 하나가 다른 세 모서리에 비해 곡률이 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 이차전지는 상기 캡 플레이트 위쪽에 수지 몰드로 보호회로 기판이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 측면 모서리 4개 가운데 곡률이 작게 형성되는 1개는 직각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.

- 제 1 전극과, 제 2 전극과, 그 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터가 배치된 전극 조립체와, 상기 전극 조립체가 수용되도록 하나의 개구부를 구비한 캔과, 상기 캔의 상부에 결합되는 캡 플레이트를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캔은 4개의 측면 모서리 가운데 세 개가 상기 전극 조립체의 대응 부분 의 곡률로 형성되고, 다른 1개의 측면 모서리는 전극 조립체의 대응부분의 곡률보다 작은 곡률로 형성된 것을 특징으로 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 리튬 이차전지는 상기 캡 플레이트 위쪽에 수지 몰드로 보호회로 기판이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
