Claims (6)
- 一端面が開口されたケースと;
前記ケースの内部に収容され、上側に第1及び第2の電極タブが引き出される電極組立体と;
前記ケースの開口をカバーするキャッププレート及び前記キャッププレートから絶縁される電極端子を有するキャップ組立体と;
前記電極端子と前記キャッププレートとに各々連結される第1及び第2の電極リ―ドと;
前記第1及び第2の電極リ―ドにより前記キャップ組立体と連結される回路基板と;
前記キャップ組立体と前記回路基板との間に充填される樹脂部と;
前記キャップ組立体に前記第1の電極リ―ド及び前記キャッププレートを絶縁するように設けられた絶縁補強部と、
を含み、
前記キャッププレートに安全ベントが形成されるとともに、前記絶縁補強部が、前記キャッププレートの一部面をカバーするプレート状のカバー部材と、前記カバー部材の上側に上方に突出して形成された補強部材と、前記カバー部材の下側に形成された前記安全ベントを保護するベント保護部材からなることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記補強部材は、上方に突出して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部材は、プレート状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、直方体をなす角型ケースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の電極リ―ド又は第2の電極リ―ドのいずれか一方に連結されて電流を遮断させる電流遮断部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断部は、PCT素子であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
