Claims (15)
- 절연 기판,상기 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 신호선,상기 제1 신호선과 절연되어 교차하고 있는 제2 신호선,상기 제1 신호선과 상기 제2 신호선이 교차하여 정의하는 각 화소 영역마다 형성되어 있는 제1 화소 전극,상기 제1 신호선, 상기 제2 신호선 및 제1 화소 전극에 3단자가 각각 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터,상기 화소 영역마다 형성되어 있으며 상기 제1 화소 전극에 용량성으로 결합되어 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 제2 화소 전극,상기 제1 화소 전극과 연결되어 있는 결합 전극,상기 제2 화소 전극과 연결되어 있으며, 상기 결합 전극 중첩하여 결합 용량을 형성하는 결합 보조 전극을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 또는 제2 화소 전극과 중첩하여 유지 용량을 형성하는 유지 전극을 가지는 유지 전극선을 더 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제2항에서,상기 제1 신호선과 상기 제2 신호선 사이에 형성되어 있는 게이트 절연막을 더 포함하며,상기 결합 전극과 상기 결합 보조 전극은 상기 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 서로 중첩하는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 및 제2 신호선과 상기 제1 및 제2 화소 전극 사이에 형성되어 있는 보호막을 더 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제4항에서,상기 보호막은 무기 절연 물질로 이루어진 제1 절연막과 유기 절연 물질로 이루어진 제2 절연막을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 화소 전극과 상기 제2 화소 전극 중의 적어도 하나는 도메인 분할 수단을 가지는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 결합 전극은 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 3단자 중 드레인 전극으로부터 연장되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 및 제2 화소 전극이 상기 화소 영역의 상하 이등분선에 대하여 실질적으로 거울상 대칭을 이루는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제8항에서,상기 제1 화소 전극과 상기 제2 화소 전극의 서로 인접한 경계선 중 긴변은 상기 제1 신호선과 45°를 이루는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판.
- 제1 절연 기판,상기 제1 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 게이트 전극을 포함하는 게이트선,상기 제1 절연 기판에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 게이트선과 분리되어 있는 결합 보조 전극,상기 게이트선 위에 형성되어 있는 게이트 절연막,상기 게이트 절연막 위에 형성되어 있는 비정질 규소층,상기 게이트 절연막 위에 형성되어 있으며 적어도 일부가 상기 비정질 규소층 위에 형성되어 있는 소스 전극을 포함하는 데이터선,적어도 일부가 상기 비정질 규소층 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 소스 전극과 대향하는 드레인 전극,상기 게이트 절연막 위에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 결합 보조 전극과 중첩하는 결합 전극,상기 데이터선, 상기 드레인 전극 및 상기 결합 전극 위에 형성되어 있는 보호막,상기 보호막 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 드레인 전극 및 상기 결합 전극과 연결되어 있는 제1 화소 전극,상기 제1 화소 전극과 절연되어 있고, 상기 결합 보조 전극과 연결되어 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 제2 화소 전극,상기 제1 절연 기판과 대향하고 있는 제2 절연 기판,상기 제2 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 공통 전극을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 드레인 전극과 중첩하여 유지 용량을 형성하는 유지 전극을 가지는 유지 전극선을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 결합 전극은 상기 드레인 전극과 연결되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 보호막은 무기 절연 물질로 이루어진 제1 절연막과 유기 절연 물질로 이루어진 제2 절연막을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 제1 절연 기판 및 상기 제2 절연 기판 중의 적어도 하나에 형성되어 있는 제1 도메인 분할 수단,상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 기판 중의 적어도 하나에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제1 도메인 분할 수단과 함께 화소 영역을 다수의 소도메인으로 분할하는 제2 도메인 분할 수단을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제14항에서,상기 제1 도메인 분할 수단은 상기 제1 화소 전극과 상기 제2 화소 전극 중의 적어도 하나가 가지는 절개부이고, 상기 제2 도메인 분할 수단은 상기 공통 전극이 가지는 절개부인 액정 표시 장치.
