Description
Claims (10)
- 액정표시패널이 결합된 몰드프레임;상기 액정표시패널의 하부에 위치하며, 상기 액정표시패널의 패드부에 연결되는 인쇄회로기판;상기 인쇄회로기판과 몰드프레임 위에 위치하는 양면테입; 및상기 양면테입에 부착되며, 상기 인쇄회로기판과 몰드프레임 상부면을 덮어 상기 인쇄회로기판을 고정, 보호하는 절연필름을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패드부는 데이터패드부와 게이트패드부로 구성되어, 상기 데이터패드부에 데이터 인쇄회로기판이 연결되고 상기 게이트패드부에 게이트 인쇄회로기판이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연필름은 제 1 절연필름 및 제 2 절연필름으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연필름은 데이터 인쇄회로기판의 적어도 상부 전면을 덮으며 상기 게이트패드부에 인접한 몰드프레임 쪽으로 돌출된 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 절연필름은 제 1 절연필름의 돌출부와 게이트패드부에 인접한 몰드프레임의 상부면을 덮으며 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연필름은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene Terephthalate; PET)와 같은 절연성 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정구조.
- 인쇄회로기판이 연결된 액정표시패널을 몰드프레임에 결합시키는 단계;끝단에 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 제 1 절연필름을 상기 데이터 인쇄회로기판의 상부면을 덮도록 부착하는 단계; 및상기 제 1 절연필름의 돌출부와 게이트패드부에 인접한 몰드프레임의 상부면을 덮도록 제 2 절연필름을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연필름을 부착하는 단계는 상기 제 1 절연필름의 가장자리에 양면테입을 부착하는 단계 및 상기 양면테입을 이용하여 상기 제 1 절연필름을 데이터 인쇄회로기판의 상부면을 덮도록 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연필름은 상기 돌출부가 게이트패드부에 인접한 몰드프레임의 상부면에 놓이도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 절연필름을 부착하는 단계는 상기 제 2 절연필름에 양면테입을 부착하는 단계 및 상기 양면테입을 이용하여 상기 제 2 절연필름을 제 1 절연필름의 돌출부와 게이트패드부에 인접한 몰드프레임의 상부면을 덮도록 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 고정방법.
