Claims (20)
- 횡방향 에지와 상기 횡방향 에지에 대해 소정의 각도로 연장하는 안내 벽들, 및 종방향 축에 대해 소정의 각도로 배치되고 구멍들을 구비하는 안내 부재들을 포함하는, 혼합될 재료를 다수의 유동으로 분리하기 위한 혼합 부재들 및 상기 유동들의 다층 합류를 위한 수단을 포함하는 스태틱 믹서에 있어서,상기 혼합 부재는 횡방향 에지와 다음의 횡방향 안내 벽과 두 개 이상의 안내 벽을 포함하며 상기 안내 벽들은 측방향 단부 섹션들과 상기 안내 벽들 사이에 배치된 하나 이상의 하부 섹션과 함께 각각 분리 에지에서 종료하여 상기 횡방향 에지의 일측면 상에서 하나 이상의 구멍과 상기 횡방향 에지의 다른 측면 상에서 두 개 이상의 구멍을 형성하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 분리 에지들과 상기 분리 에지들에 대해 소정의 각도로 연장하는 횡방향 에지, 및 종방향 축에 대해 소정의 각도로 배치되고 구멍들을 구비하는 편향 부재들을 포함하는, 혼합될 재료를 다수의 유동으로 분리하기 위한 혼합 부재들 및 상기 유동들의 다층 합류를 위한 수단을 포함하는 스태틱 믹서에 있어서,상기 혼합 부재는 측방향 단부 섹션들을 갖는 다음의 안내 벽들과 상기 안내 벽들 사이에 배치되는 하나 이상의 하부 섹션을 갖는 두 개 이상의 분리 에지들과, 횡방향 안내 벽의 일단부에 배치되어 상기 횡방향 에지의 일측면 상의 하나 이상의 구멍과 상기 횡방향 에지의 다른 측면 상의 두 개 이상의 구멍을 형성하는 횡방향 에지를 포함하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽들의 상기 섹션들은 편평하고 공통의 각도로 배치되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 믹서의 인클로져는 둥근 단면을 갖는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 믹서의 인클로져는 직사각형 단면을 갖고, 안내 벽들 다음의 상기 두 개 이상의 분리 에지는 상기 횡방향 안내 벽을 갖는 상기 하나 이상의 횡방향 에지에 대해 직각이고, 상기 측방향 단부 섹션들과 상기 하부 섹션은 상기 안내 벽들에 대해 직각으로 배치되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽들은 만곡되고, 상기 두 개 이상의 안내 벽들은 상기 혼합 부재의 일단부에서 상기 분리 에지들을 갖고, 상기 혼합 부재의 다른 단부에 배치된 횡방향 에지에서 종료하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 믹서의 인클로져는 둥글고 상기 혼합 부재는 두 개의 측방향 단부 섹션과 하나 이상의 하부 섹션을 포함하는 안내 벽들에 의해 연결된 하나의 측방향 에지와 두 개 이상의 분리 에지를 포함하고, 상기 연결하는 안내 벽들은 상기 분리 에지들과 상기 횡방향 에지들 사이에 만곡되고 연속적인 천이부를 형성하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,연속적인 혼합 부재들이 종방향 축 둘레에서 회전된 위치에서 각각 배치되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 연속적인 혼합 부재들은 종방향 축에 대해 180°만큼 각각 회전되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 분리 에지들과 상기 분리 에지들에 대해 소정의 각도로 연장하는 횡방향 에지, 및 종방향 축에 대해 소정의 각도로 배치되고 구멍들을 구비하는 편향 부재들을 포함하는, 혼합될 재료를 다수의 유동으로 분리하기 위한 혼합 부재들 및 상기 유동들의 다층 합류를 위한 수단을 포함하는 스태틱 믹서에 있어서,상기 믹서는 상기 다수의 유동으로의 분할을 위한 혼합 부재들을 포함하는 혼합 그룹들을 포함하고, 하나 이상의 재-적층(re-layering) 부재가 상기 혼합 그룹들 사이에 배치되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 믹서는 혼합 부재들을 포함하며 재-적층 부재가 그 다음에 있고 그 다음에 제 2 혼합 그룹 등이 있는 제 1 혼합 그룹을 포함하며, 상기 재-적층 부재의 출입구 에지는 상기 혼합 그룹의 마지막 혼합 부재의 횡방향 에지에 대해 실질적으로 직각으로 연장하고, 상기 제 2 혼합 그룹은 유동 방향에서 180°만큼 역전되어 상기 혼합 부재의 측방향 에지가 혼합 나선의 출구 에지에 대해 실질적으로 직각으로 연장하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽의 높이는 상기 횡방향 안내 벽의 높이보다 높은 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 횡방향 안내 벽의 높이는 상기 안내 벽의 높이보다 높은 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,안내 벽의 높이는 횡방향 안내 벽의 높이의 1.1 내지 2.0배, 바람직하게는 1.5배가 되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,횡방향 안내 벽의 높이는 안내 벽의 높이의 1.1 내지 2.0배, 바람직하게는 1.5배가 되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽은 내부 및/또는 외부에 경사진 웹들을 구비하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,종방향 웹들이 두 개의 인접한 혼합 부재들의 안내 벽들 사이에 배치되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하부 섹션들과 상기 안내 벽들은 무용 영역 밀폐부들을 구비하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,재료가 상기 횡방향 에지에 먼저 도달하는 경우에, 상기 혼합 부재가 재료 유동을 두 개 이상의 유동으로 분할하고 상기 두 개의 유동을 출구에서 6개 이상의 유동으로 분할하며 두 개의 혼합된 유동이 상기 횡방향 벽의 일 측면을 향하고 하나의 혼합된 유동이 상기 횡방향 벽의 다른 측면을 향하도록 설계되는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,재료가 상기 분리 에지들 및 상기 안내 벽들에 먼저 도달하는 경우에, 상기 혼합 부재가 재료 유동을 6개 이상의 유동으로 분할하고 상기 유동들의 각각의 부분을 상기 횡방향 에지의 일측면으로 그리고 상기 유동들의 다른 부분을 상기 횡방향 에지의 다른 측면으로 향하게 하도록 설계되는 스태틱 믹서.
