Claims (18)
- 少なくとも2つの成分を混合するためのスタティック・ミキサ(10)であって、
ミキサ・ハウジング(12)と、
少なくとも2つの入口開口(20a、20b、20c)を備えた上流端部(16)、及び下流端部(18)を有する混合要素(14)であって、少なくとも部分的に前記ミキサ・ハウジング(12)内に配置される混合要素(14)と、
インプット側(26)に設けられた少なくとも2つの入口(24a、24b)、及びアウトプット面(30)に設けられた少なくとも2つの出口(28a、28b)を有する混合ヘッド(22)であって、前記少なくとも2つの入口(24a、24b)の各々は、前記少なくとも2つの出口(28a、28b)のうちの1つと流体連通している混合ヘッド(22)と、
前記出口(28a、28b)を出る前記成分を分離するために前記アウトプット面(30)と前記混合要素(14)の前記上流端部(16)の間に配置された分離壁(32)と
を有し、
前記分離壁(32)は、前記入口開口(20a、20b、20c)のうちの少なくとも1つに関して配置された自由下流エッジ(33)を有し、それにより、前記分離壁(32)によって分離された複数の前記成分の少なくとも部分的な流れが、前記下流エッジ(33)を超えた後に混合して、前記入口開口(20a、20b、20c)の前記少なくとも1つに一緒に入ることが可能であり、また

- 前記分離壁(32)は、前記出口(28a、28b)を出るときに前記成分のアクセス可能な容積を減少させるための肉厚セグメント(35)を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記分離壁(32)は、少なくとも1つの出口(28a、28b)及び/又は少なくとも1つの入口開口(20a、20b、20c)を少なくとも部分的に構成する、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記分離壁(32)は、前記混合要素(14)及び/又は前記混合ヘッド(22)と一体的に形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記分離壁(32)、前記混合ヘッド(22)、及び前記混合要素(14)は、ワンピース構造である、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記中間壁(36)は、前記分離壁(32)の少なくとも1つの直線状セグメント(34b)を70°〜110°の角度で横切っている、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記中間壁(36)は、前記分離壁(32)の少なくとも1つの直線状セグメント(34b)を80°〜100°の角度で横切っている、請求項9に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記中間壁(36)は、前記分離壁(32)の少なくとも1つの直線状セグメント(34b)を85°〜95°の角度で横切っている、請求項10に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記中間壁(36)は、前記分離壁(32)の少なくとも1つの直線状セグメント(34b)を約90°の角度で横切っている、請求項11に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。
- 前記混合要素(14)の前記上流端部(16)と前記アウトプット面(30)との間に配置された、前記成分を、又は前記成分の少なくとも部分的な流れを偏向させるための少なくとも1つの流れ阻止部(40a、40b)を更に含む、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のスタティック・ミキサ。

- 前記混合要素(14)は、混合される成分の流れの繰り返しの分離及び再混合のために次々に配置された複数のミキサ要素(42)を含み、
特に前記混合要素(14)は、混合される材料を複数の流れに分離するためのミキサ要素(42)と、前記材料を層状に混合するための手段であって、横方向エッジ(44)、及び前記横方向エッジ(44)に対して所定の角度で延在するガイド壁(46a、46b)を含む手段と、縦軸(A)に対して所定の角度で配置され、且つ開口を備えたガイド要素とを有し、前記混合要素(14)は、横方向エッジ(44)と、それに続く横方向ガイド壁(45)とを有し、少なくとも2つのガイド壁(46a、46b)が分離エッジ(48)内で終端を迎え、各ガイド壁(46a、46b)が、横方向端部セクション(52a、52b)と、前記ガイド壁(46a、46b)間に配置された少なくとも1つの底部セクション(50)とを備え、それによって、前記横方向エッジ(44)の一方の側面(56b)に少なくとも1つの開口を、また前記横方向エッジ(44)の他方の側面(56a)に少なくとも2つの開口を画定し、又は、
