Claims (14)
- ペースト状の成分を混合するためのミキサーであって、長手軸(L)に沿って延びると共に、少なくとも1つの好ましくは2つの入口(7)と、1つの出口(8)とを備える混合スリーブ(1)と、前記混合スリーブ(1)内に収容され、前記混合スリーブ(1)と共に、流路に沿って前記入口(7)から前記出口(8)まで前後して及び/又は並んで配置された複数のチャンバー(20,21)を画定する、少なくとも1つの混合要素(2)と、を備え、前記チャンバー(20,21)は、それぞれ前記長手軸(L)に対して横方向に延びる横断壁(17)と、それぞれ前記長手軸(L)に対して平行に延びる4つの側壁(13,14,18)とによって画定されており、隣接したチャンバー(20,21)は、前記側壁(14,18)に設けられた貫流開口(15,16,19)を通じて互いに流体連通しており、前記混合要素(2)は、側壁を形成する2つのストリップ(13)を備え、当該ストリップ(13)は、別の側壁を形成すると共に前記ストリップ(13)に対して垂直に配置されたウェブ(14)を介して接続されており、第1グループのチャンバー(20)は、前記ウェブ(14)に配置され1つのストリップ(13)まで延びる第1の貫流開口(15)を備え、第2グループのチャンバー(21)は、少なくとも1つのストリップ(13)に対して間隔をあけて前記ウェブ(14)に位置付けられた第2の貫流開口(16)を備えており、前記混合スリーブ(1)は、その内部に前記混合要素(2)を収容する、矩形断面の第1のセクションと、前記出口(8)が設けられた円形断面の第2のセクション(6)とを備え、前記第2グループのチャンバー(21)は、前記成分の流出方向で見て、前記混合要素(2)の軸方向長さの50%以上の領域にのみ配置されていることを特徴とする、ミキサー。
- 前記混合スリーブ(1)と前記混合要素(2)は、少なくとも1つのチャンバーから成る第3グループを形成し、当該チャンバーは、堰き止めチャンバー(22)として、閉じた側壁(13,14,18)と、横断壁(17)の入口開口として形成されたただ1つの開口とを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキサー。
- 少なくとも1つの堰き止めチャンバー(22)が、前記混合要素(2)の入口側の端部に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のミキサー。
- 前記ウェブ(14)は前記ストリップ(13)を中心において接続している、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記横断壁(17)は前記ウェブ(14)及び前記ストリップ(13)のうちの1つと接続されており、前記横断壁(17)から前記入口(7)に向かって前記ストリップ(13)に対して平行に、側壁(18)が延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記第1グループのチャンバー(20)及び前記第2グループのチャンバー(21)は、4つの貫流開口(15,16,19)を備え、当該4つの貫流開口のうちの2つの貫流開口(15,16)は前記ウェブ(14)に形成されており、別の2つの貫流開口(19)は前記ウェブ(14)に対して平行に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合スリーブ(1)及び前記混合要素(2)は、断面において、それぞれ、隣接して配置された4つのチャンバー(20,21,22)を形成し、当該4つのチャンバーは、少なくとも部分的に前記長手軸(L)の方向において互いにオフセットされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合スリーブ(1)は入口セクション(4)を備え、当該入口セクションには、入口を形成する少なくとも2つのノズル(7)を備えるインサート(3)が、シールされた状態で及び好ましくは前記混合スリーブ(1)に対して自由に回転可能に固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記インサート(3)の前記ノズル(7)は、少なくとも1つの補償チャンバーを形成する、及び/又は、少なくとも部分的に径方向内側へ延びるチャネル(11)を介して、前記チャンバー(20,21,22)と流体連通している、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のミキサー。
- 前記第1グループのチャンバー(20)及び前記第2グループのチャンバー(21)は、前記成分の流出方向で見て前記混合要素(2)の中間の及び/又は上部の領域に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合要素(2)は、前記堰き止めチャンバー(22)に隣接する少なくとも1つの流過チャンバー(23)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの流過チャンバー(23)は、前記ウェブ(14)に対して平行に延びる少なくとも1つの貫流開口(19)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項2~10のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記流過チャンバー(23)の材料流出方向に対して垂直な前記断面は、前記流過チャンバー(23)の前記貫流開口(19)の断面の80%~120%である、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のミキサー。
- 前記流過チャンバー(23)は材料流出方向において横断壁(17)によって画定され、前記横断壁(26)は横断壁開口(27)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合要素(2)の前記長手軸(L)に対して垂直な断面は、前記堰き止めチャンバー(22)及び/又は前記流過チャンバー(23)のセクションにおいて、材料流出方向で見て後続する前記混合要素(2)のセクションにおける前記混合要素(2)の前記長手軸(L)に対して垂直な断面の105%~150%である、ことを特徴とする請求項2~13のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
