Claims (18)
- ミキサーであって、混合スペースを包囲するミキサーハウジング(13a)と、混合されるべき成分(A、B)のための少なくとも2つの入口開口(2、2a、2b)を備えると共に前記ミキサーハウジング(13a)と接続可能な入口部(1)と、少なくとも部分的に前記混合スペース内に延びる混合要素(13)と、を有し、
前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)の各々は、少なくとも1つの入口チャネル(7a)を介して前記混合スペースと流体連通しており、
前記入口部(1)には、前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)を互いに接続すると共に、外側の閉じたリングと、対称的に配置された開口を有する内側のリングとによって形成された、少なくとも1つの径方向に開放された補償チャネル(4)が付加的に形成されており、前記補償チャネル(4)は、前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)の中心点を通過する鏡面を備え、各入口開口(2、2a、2b)には流れ壁(5)が設けられており、各流れ壁(5)は、凹状に又は凸状に成形されていると共に、割り当てられた入口開口(2、2a、2b)の周縁に沿って設けられている、
ことを特徴とするミキサー。 - 前記入口部(1)には、それぞれ前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)を互いに接続する2つの補償チャネル(4)が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキサー。
- 前記入口チャネルは、前記混合されるべき成分が互いに分離された状態で前記混合スペース内に導かれるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のミキサー。
- 2つの入口開口(2、2a、2b)が、前記入口部(1)において互いに直径方向に対向して配置されており、前記入口チャネル(7a)は、前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)を接続する対角線に沿って延びていると共に、前記対角線に対して横方向に延びる隔壁(11)によって互いに分離されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のミキサー。
- 前記入口チャネル(7a)は、前記混合されるべき成分が互いに少なくとも部分的に覆われた状態で前記混合スペース内に導かれるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のミキサー。
- 前記入口チャネル(7a)は、前記混合されるべき成分が一緒に前記混合スペース内に導かれるよう、互いに流体連通している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のミキサー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補償チャネル(4)は、前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)の間で、実質的に円弧状に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補償チャネル(4)は、径方向において前記入口チャネル(7a)の外側を延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補償チャネル(4)及び前記入口チャネル(7a)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ミキサーハウジング(13a)によって閉鎖された前記入口部(1)における窪み又は溝として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記入口部及び前記ミキサーハウジング(13a)は、前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)からの前記混合されるべき成分が、前記ミキサーハウジングの長手軸に対して平行に延びる流れ方向から、前記ミキサーハウジング(13a)の長手軸に対して横方向の流れ方向へ、90°だけ偏向されるように構成され、互いに適合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流れ壁(5)は、前記ミキサーハウジング(13a)又は前記混合要素(13)の円板状又は漏斗状のカラー(15)で密封された態様で終端している、ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記入口部(1)は、径方向外側へ前記補償チャネル(4)及び/又は前記入口チャネル(7a)に向かって延びる滞留スペース(21)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記入口開口(2a、2b)のうち少なくとも1つには、対応する前記入口開口(2、2a、2b)を少なくとも部分的に覆う及び/又は横方向において境界付ける偏向プレート(20)及び/又は流れ方向付与部(22)が割り当てられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合要素(13)には、先駆流を受容するための少なくとも1つの滞留チャンバー(14)が設けられており、前記滞留チャンバー(14)は、ただ1つの入口開口を備えているものの、その他に残りのチャンバーとは流体連通していない、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合要素(13)は、前記滞留チャンバー(14)に隣接する少なくとも1つの流過チャンバー(24)を備え、前記流過チャンバー(24)は貫流開口(25)を介して前記混合スペースと流体連通している、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のミキサー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流過チャンバー(24)の材料吐出方向に対して垂直な断面は、前記貫流開口(25)の前記材料吐出方向に対して垂直な断面の80%~120%である、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のミキサー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流過チャンバー(24)は、前記材料吐出方向において横断壁(26)によって画定され、前記横断壁(26)は横断壁開口(27)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載のミキサー。
- 前記混合要素(13)の材料吐出方向に対して垂直な断面は、前記滞留チャンバー(14)及び/又は前記流過チャンバー(24)のセクションにおいて、後続するセクションにおける前記混合要素(13)の材料吐出方向に対して垂直な断面の105%~150%である、ことを特徴とする請求項14~17のいずれか1項に記載のミキサー。
