Claims (21)
- A) 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 및(또는) 폴리에스테르카르보네이트 40 내지 99.5 중량부 및B) 폴리부타디엔 고무와 다른 그래프팅 기재를 갖는 그래프트 중합체 0.5 내지 60 중량부를 함유하며,폴리카르보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르카르보네이트가 아민 관능기를 또한 중합가능한 관능기로서 함유할 수 있는 분지제로서 3관능성 또는 4관능성 페놀계 단량체 단위를 기재로 하는 분지형 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, B가 유화 중합에 의해 제조된 입자 형태의 그래프트 중합체인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, B가 EPDM 고무, 실리콘 고무, 아크릴레이트 고무 및 실리콘-아크릴레이트 복합 고무의 군으로부터 선택되는 그래프팅 기재를 갖는 그래프트 중합체인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, B가비닐 방향족, 코어-치환된 비닐 방향족 및(또는) (메트)아크릴산-(C1-C8)-알킬 에스테르 50 내지 99 중량부 및비닐 시아니드, (메트)아크릴산-(C1-C8)-알킬 에스테르 및(또는) 불포화 카르복실산의 유도체 1 내지 50 중량부로 구성된 그래프팅 쉘을 갖는 그래프트 중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, B가 임의로 코어-치환된 비닐 방향족, (메트)아크릴산-(C1-C8)-알킬 에스테르, 비닐 시아니드 및(또는) 불포화 카르복실산의 유도체로 구성된 유리 (공)중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 이사틴비스크레졸을 분지제로서 함유하는 방향족 폴리(에스테르)카르보네이트인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 A의 분지제 함량이 폴리(에스테르)카르보네이트 중 디페놀 및 분지제의 합을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5 mol.%인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리(에스테르)카르보네이트 A의 분지제 함량이 폴리(에스테르)카르보네이트 중 디페놀 및 분지제의 합을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5 mol.%인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 25 ℃에서 CH2Cl2 용매 중 0.5 g/100 ml의 농도로 측정된 폴리(에스테르)카르보네이트 A의 상대 용액 점도가 1.25 내지 1.35인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인, 규소, 질소 및 황 화합물의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 난연제로서 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산 에스테르, 포스폰산 에스테르, 포스파젠, 포스포라미데이트 및 포스포네이트 아민의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 할로겐-무함유 인-기재 난연제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하기 화학식의 인산 에스테르 또는 포스폰산 에스테르를 1종 이상 함유하는 조성물.(식 중,R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각 경우 서로 독립적으로 C1- 내지 C8-알킬, 각 경우 알킬로 임의로 치환된 C5- 내지 C6-시클로알킬, C6- 내지 C20-아릴 또는 C7- 내지 C12-아르알킬을 나타내고,n은 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1을 나타내고,q는 0.5 내지 30의 수를 나타내고,X는 6 내지 30개의 C 원자를 갖는 단핵 또는 다핵 방향족기, 또는 2 내지 30개의 C 원자를 갖는 선형 또는 분지형 지방족기를 나타내는데, 이들은 OH-치환될 수 있으며 8개 이하의 에테르 결합을 함유할 수 있음)
- 제12항에 있어서, X가의 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, q가 1 내지 2의 값인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 불소화 폴리올레핀, 실리콘 및 아라미드 섬유의 군으로부터 선택되는 적하방지제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 난연제가 A) 폴리카르보네이트와 B) 그래프트 중합체의 합을 기준으로 25 중량부 이하의 양으로 사용되는 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 적하방지제가 A) 폴리카르보네이트와 B) 그래프트 중합체의 합을 기준으로 0.5 중량부 이하의 양으로 사용되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르, 폴리페닐렌 옥시드, 폴리페닐렌 술피드, 에폭시드 수지, 페놀계 수지, 노보락 및 폴리에테르의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 다른 중합체를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 안정화제, 가수분해 안정화제, 광 안정화제, 유동- 및 가공보조제, 성형 윤활제 및 이형제, UV 흡수제, 항산화제, 대전방지제, 보존제, 커플링제, 섬유, 층 또는 입자 형태의 충전제 및 강화제, 염료, 안료, 조핵제, 포말제, 다른 난연성 첨가제 및 연기감소제의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 중합체 첨가제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 성형품의 제조를 위한 제1항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 조성물을 함유하는 성형품.
