Claims (13)
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 발광층이 설치된 유기 전기발광 소자로서,상기 발광층이 발광층 재료, 이하의 관계를 만족시키는 제 1 도펀트 및 제 2 도펀트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.(A) EV0 > EV1 또한 EV0 > EV2(B) EC0 ≥ EC2(C) Eg0 > Eg1, Eg2[상기 식에서, EV0, EV1 및 EV2는 각각 발광층 재료, 제 1 도펀트 및 제 2 도펀트의 가전자 레벨이고, EC0 및 EC2는 각각 발광층 재료 및 제 2 도펀트의 전도 레벨이고, Eg0, Eg1 및 Eg2는 각각 발광층 재료, 제 1 도펀트 및 제 2 도펀트의 에너지 갭이다]
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 발광층이 설치된 유기 전기발광 소자로서,상기 발광층이 발광층 재료, 이하의 관계를 만족시키는 제 1 도펀트 및 제 2 도펀트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.(A') EV0 > EV1 또한 EV0 > EV2(B') EC0 ≥ EC1, EC2[상기 식에서, EV0, EV1 및 EV2는 각각 발광층 재료, 제 1 도펀트 및 제 2 도펀트의 가전자 레벨이고, EC0, EC1 및 EC2는 각각 발광층 재료, 제 1 도펀트 및 제 2 도펀트의 전도 레벨이다]
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 도펀트 및 상기 제 2 도펀트의 양쪽이 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 도펀트 및/또는 상기 제 2 도펀트의 첨가량이, 각각 상기 발광층 전체의 20중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 도펀트가 정공 주입 보조성을 갖는 것 및/또는 상기 제 2 도펀트가 전자 주입 보조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광층 재료의 가전자 레벨(EV0)과 상기 제 1 도펀트의 가전자 레벨(EV1)의 에너지 차가 0.4 eV 이하인 것 및/또는 상기 발광층 재료의 전도 레벨(EC0)과 상기 제 2 도펀트의 전도 레벨(EC2)의 에너지 차가 0.4 eV 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광층 재료, 상기 제 1 도펀트 및 상기 제 2 도펀트의 적어도 하나의 분자량이 100 내지 1500인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광층 재료의 유리전이온도가 100℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 도펀트 또는 상기 제 2 도펀트가, 스타이릴아민 유도체, 축합방향족환 화합물 및 아릴아민 치환 축합방향족환 화합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광층 재료가 정공 전달성을 갖는 화합물 및/또는 전자 전달성을 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광층 재료가, 페닐안트라센, 나프틸안트라센, 다이페닐안트라센 유도체, 방향족 아민 유도체 및 금속 착체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 페닐안트라센, 나프틸안트라센 또는 다이페닐안트라센 유도체가 알켄일기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 양극과 상기 발광층 사이에 정공 주입층을 포함하고, 상기 정공 주입층을 구성하는 화합물이 페닐렌 다이아민 구조를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
