Claims (4)
- 소정의 간격으로 평행하게 배치된 복수의 평판 핀과, 상기 평판 핀을 관통하여 내부를 냉매가 통과하는 전열관을 구비하고, 상기 평판 핀의 전방 가장자리측에서 상호간을 통과하는 공기와의 사이에 열교환하는 열교환기에 있어서,전열관의 송풍 방향 전방에, 기부로부터 선단부를 향해서 점차 폭이 좁아지고, 통과하는 공기에 세로 소용돌이를 발생시키는 날개부를 평판 핀으로부터 잘라 일으켜 형성하는 한편,전열관의 송풍 방향 후방에, 평판 핀으로부터 잘라 일으킨 윙렛을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전열관 후류의 축류 성분과 동조하는 선회 성분을 생성하는 형태로 상기 윙렛의 경사각을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 통과하는 공기의 편향 성분과 선회 성분이 동조하는 형태로 송풍 방향 최후열의 전열관의 송풍 방향 후방에 형성한 윙렛의 경사각을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평판 핀은 상기 날개부와 상기 윙렛을 소정의 피치로 연속하여 형성한 박판으로부터 절단하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
