Claims (28)
- (a) 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체 15 내지 60 중량%; 및(b) 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드의 압출 또는 사출 성형 동안 고무를 가교결합시키기 위한 유효량의 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 유기 디엔 보조제와 조합되는 가교결합성 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무 40 내지 85 중량%를 포함하는 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체가 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리에테르 에스테르 및 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체의 폴리에테르 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고무가 폴리아크릴레이트 엘라스토머 및 폴리에틸렌/아크릴레이트 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 디엔 보조제가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, N,N'-m-페닐렌 디말레이미드 및 트리알릴이소시아누레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자유 라디칼 개시제가 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥신-3, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산 및 t-부틸 퍼옥시벤조에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단편과 폴리(테트라메틸렌 에테르)글리콜 단편의 블록 공중합체이며, 상기 고무가 에틸렌/메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 엘라스토머이며, 상기 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제가 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥신-3이며, 상기 유기 디엔 보조제가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트인 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- (a) 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체 연속상 15 내지 60 중량%; 및(b) 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 고무 분산상 (여기서, 상기 고무는 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 유기 디엔 보조제와 동역학적으로 가교결합됨) 40 내지 85 중량%를 포함하는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체가 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리에테르 에스테르 및 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체의 폴리에테르 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 고무가 폴리아크릴레이트 엘라스토머 및 폴리에틸렌/아크릴레이트 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 디엔 보조제가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, N,N'-m-페닐렌 디말레이미드 및 트리알릴이소시아누레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 자유 라디칼 개시제가 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥신-3, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산 및 t-부틸 퍼옥시벤조에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단편과 폴리(테트라메틸렌 에테르)글리콜 단편의 블록 공중합체이며, 상기 고무가 에틸렌/메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 엘라스토머이며, 상기 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제가 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디-(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥신-3이며, 상기 유기 디엔 보조제가 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트인 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 100℃ 및 22시간에서의 영구 압축 변형율(compression set)이 ≤46인 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 쇼어 A 경도가 ≥59인 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무를 가교결합시키기 위한 유효량의 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 유기 디엔 보조제와 조합되는 가교결합성 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무가, 180℃에서 알파 테크놀로지스 어드밴스드 폴리머 애널라이저(Alpha Technologies Advanced Polymer Analyzer) APA 2000, 평행 플레이트 다이, 2.583㎜ 다이 갭, 100.0cpm 주파수, 0.500도 변형율을 사용하여 측정 시에 최대 G' 속도에서의 시간이 ≥3.9분인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 경화성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드.
- (a) 가교결합성 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무, 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 유기 디엔 보조제를 가교결합을 촉진시키기에 불충분한 온도에서 용융 압출기 또는 용융 블렌더 중에서 첨가 및 혼합함;(b) 상기 용융 압출기 또는 용융 블렌더에 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체를 첨가하고, 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체를 상기 가교결합성 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무와 가교결합 전에 혼합함;(c) 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 유기 디엔 보조제와 함께, 상기 가교결합성 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무를 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체와 상기 가교결합성 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무를 가교결합시키기에 충분한 조건 및 온도에서 추가로 혼합함; 및(d) 연속상으로서의 상기 폴리알킬렌 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체 15 내지 60 중량%, 및 분산상으로서의 상기 퍼옥시드 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 상기 유기 디엔 보조제와 가교결합된 상기 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 가황화 고무 40 내지 85 중량%를 포함하는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물을 회수함의 단계들을 포함하는 용융 가공성의 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물의 제조 방법.
