Description
Claims (12)
- 심재와 상기 심재의 편면 또는 양면에 피착되는 피복재로 이루어지는 골판지로서, 적어도 심재는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 또는 엔지니어링 플라스틱과 열가소성 수지의 폴리머 알로이 또는 엔지니어링 플라스틱과 열가소성 수지와 고무상 물질의 폴리머 알로이를 재료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔지니어링 플라스틱은, 폴리아미드(PA), 폴리에스테르(PE), 폴리아세탈(POM), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리에틸렌텔레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리부틸렌텔레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리술폰(PSF), 폴리에테르술폰(PES), 폴리페닐렌에테르(PPE), 변성 폴리페닐렌에테르(변성 PPE), 폴리페닐렌술피드(PPS), 폴리아릴레이트(PAR), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK), 폴리아미드이미드(PAI), 폴리이미드(PI), 폴리에테르이미드(PEI), 폴리아미노비스말레이미드, 메틸펜텐코폴리머(TPX), 결정성 폴리에스테르 및 입체규칙성 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고무상 물질은 스티렌계 엘라스토머인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 알로이에는 또한 상용화제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 심재는 파형판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 심재는 허니콤 구조체를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 심재는 박판에 다수의 볼록부를 형성한 성형 박판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 심재는 바둑판 형상의 허니콤 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복재는 다공질재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복재는 내열성 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 재료는 탄소섬유 및/또는 아라미드 섬유의 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 골판지.
