Claims (17)

  1. 다수의 구멍을 갖는 열가소성 섬유군으로된 기포층과, 상기 구멍의 가장자리를 기단부로 하여 형성된 원통형 돌기부들로 구성되어 있고, 이 돌기부들은 상기 기포층의 것과 동질의 섬유로 된 것이고, 유연하며, 상기 돌기부의 높이가 상기 기포층 두께의 2배이상인 것이 특징인 부직포.
  2. 제1항에서, 원통형 돌기부 각각의 선단이 폐쇄된 것이 특징인 부직포.
  3. 제1항에서, 원통형 돌기부 각각의 선단이 개비된 것이 특징인 부직포.
  4. 제1항에서, 상기 각각의 원통형 돌기부의 몸통부와 상기 기포층간의 각도가 실질적으로 90°인 것이 특징인 부직포.
  5. 제1항에서, 상기 기포층상에 수지필름층이 적층된 것이 특징인 부직포.
  6. 제5항에서, 상기 기포층의 원통형 돌기부측에 수지필름층이 적층된 것이 특징인 부직포.
  7. 제6항에서, 상기 필름층이 상기 원통형 돌기부의 외주면을 피복한 것이 특징인 부직포.
  8. 제1항에서, 상기 구멍직경이 0.2mm∼6mm내인 것이 특징인 부직포.
  9. 제1항에서, 상기 구멍의 밀도가 2/cm2이상인 것이 특징인 부직포.
  10. 제1항에서 상기 구멍의 직경이 0.2mm∼1mm이고, 상기 구멍의 밀도가 50/cm2이상인 것이 특징인 부직포.
  11. 멜트 블로우 다이를 사용하여 다수의 구멍을 갖는 다공판에 멜트 블로우형 섬유를 블로우함에 있어서, 상기 다공판의 섬유퇴적측의 기압보다 다공판의 그 반대측의 기압을 낮게 유지한 상태하에서 블로우하여 상기 섬유를 다공판상에 퇴적 시켜서 이 섬유의 일부를 상기 구멍을 통해 상기 반대측으로 흡인하여 원통형 돌기부를 형성하고, 최종적으로 섬유집합체를 부직포로서 상기 다공판으로부터 분리함을 특징으로 하는 부직포 제조방법.
  12. 다수의 기공을 갖는 다공판상에 수지 필름 쉬트를 설치한 후 이 수지의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 상기 수지필름을 가열하고, 이와동시에 상기 다공판의 멜트 블로우 다이에 반대되는 측의 압력을 그 타측의 기압이하로 감압함으로써, 상기 수지필름을 상기 기공으로부터 상기 다이의 반대측으로 돌출시켜 선단이 개방된 상당수의 원통형 필름돌기부를 형성하고, 그리고 상기 원통형 필름돌기부를 갖는 수지필름상에 용용된 섬유군을 멜트 블로우 다이로 블로우 함으로써, 상기 섬유군이 상기 수지필름상에 퇴적되고, 그 일부가 상기 원통형 필름돌기부 내로 흡인되어 상기 원통형 필름 돌기부내에 섬유군으로된 원통형 돌기부를 형성하고, 상기 필름과 섬유군의 결합체를 상기 다공판으로부터 떼어내는 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에서, 상기 섬유일부를 충분히 흡인하여 각각의 선단이 폐쇄된 원통형 돌기부를 형성한 후에 상기 얻어진 부직포를 다공판으로 부터 분리하는 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  14. 제11항에서, 상기 섬유일부를 충분히 흡인하여 각각의 선단이 개방된 원통형 돌기부를 형성한 후에 상기 얻어진 부직포를 다공판으로부터 분리하는 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  15. 제11항 또는 12항에서, 상기 다동판의 섬유 타격측의 압력보다 다공판의 그 반대측의 압력을 더 낮게하여 이러한 다공판 양측간의 압력자에 의해 섬유일부를 상기 기공을 통해 부압측으로 흡인하는 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  16. 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 상기 다공판을 상기 멜트 블로우 다이쪽으로 이동시켜 다공판 양측간에 압력차를 발생시키고, 상기 섬유의 일부를 상기 멜트 블로우 다이로 부터의 기류압력에 의해 다공판의 구멍내로 블로우하여 다공판의 그 반대측 상에 돌기부를 형성하는 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  17. 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 상기 다공판이 5∼60메쉬의 금속 망인 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
