적어도 하나의 관통구멍을 가진 열가소성 수지에서 되는 기재의 표면에 다공성의 표피재가 열융착에 의해 일체적으로 첩합, 성형된 구성에서 되는 음향기기용 복합 외장부품, 제품 코스트가 싸고 장기간에 걸쳐서 기재에서의 표피재의 벗겨짐도 볼수 없다.

Claims (4)

  1. 음향기기용 복합 외장부품은 적어도 하나의 관통구멍을 가지는 열가소성 수지에서 되는 기재와, 기재의 표면에 열융착에 의해 일체적으로 첩합, 성형된 다공성의 표피재와를 포함하고 있는 음향기기용 복합 외장부품.
  2. 제1항의 음향기기용 복합 외장부품으로서, 기재와 표피재와의 사이에 기재용의 열가소성 수지와 열융착성인 필름 또는 시트가 개재되어 있는 음향기기용 복합 외장부품.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항의 음향기기용 복합 외장부품으로서, 기재용의 열가소성 수지와 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔, 스티렌공중합수지, 아크릴로 니트릴 스티렌 공중합수지, 폴리 페니렌 에테르/폴리 스티렌 알로이, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리 메틸 메타크릴 수지, 내열 ABS수지의 어느 것인가에 있는 음향기기용 복합 외장부품.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항의 음향기기용 복합 외장부품으로서, 다공성의 표피재는 직포, 편포, 부직포, 그물코 구조를 가진 망상물, 다수의 구멍을 가진 금속, 수지의 박판의 어느 것인지, 또는 이들의 편성에서 되어 있는 음향기기용 복합 외장부품.
