제1도는 필름테이프에 노치를 만들어 수작업시 절단이 용이하게한 테이프롤의 경사도, 제2도는 본발명(실시예1)의 단면도, 제3-1도는 냉장고의 사시도, 제3-2도는 제3-1도의 A-A선 단면도, 제3-3도는 내상체에 본 발명에 의한 테이프를 부착시킨 상태를 설명하기 위한 경사도.

Claims (5)

  1. 내약품성 수지를 테이프 형태로 하여 냉장고 내상체의 일부에 접착시킨 후, 우레탄 원료를 주입, 발포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 내상체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내약품성 수지가 폴리에스터, 폴리올레핀, 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 내상체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 테이프 형태가 필름이거나, 종이 또는 부직포에 코팅한 것이거나, 라미네이션 된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 내상체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 테이프 형태가 폴리에스터와 종이 또는 부직포를 라미네이션시켜 비실리콘계 이형제와 아크릴계, 러버(Rubber)계, 라텍스계, 또는 우레탄계로부터 선택된 1종의 접착제를 사용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 내상체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 테이프형태의 가장자리에 간격 0.1-5cm, 깊이 0.01-10mm의 노치를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 내상체의 제조방법.
