3층 라미네이트 표피재를 가진 일체발포제품
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 본원 발명에 관한 일체발포제품을 제작하는데 사용되는 3층 라미네이트표피재의 부분단면확대도를 나타낸다.
제 2도는 본원 발명에 관한 비교적 두께가 얇은 일체발포제품의 일예로서 암레스트를 일부파단하여 나타낸 사시도이다.
제 3도는 발포성 혼합물이 발포팽창을 끝내기 까지의 주입점으로부터 도달할 수 있는 거리(횡축)와 여러가지 거리에 있어서의 발포체의 경도(종축)를 본원발명의 제품(필름 있음)과 종래품(필름 없음)에 대해 비교시험한 결과의 그래프이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 가장 외측의 통기성 표포(表布)와, 그 내측에 결합된 중간의 폼박층(薄層)과, 다수의 미소한 통기공이 형성되어 있고, 상기 박층의 내측에 결합된 차폐필름으로 이루어지는 3층 라미네이트 표피재(表皮材)를 소망의 최종윤곽에 상당하는 형상으로 형성하고, 이 형성되 표피재내에 액상(液狀) 또는 크림상의 발포성혼합물을 주입하여, 상기 차폐필름과 일체로 결합시켜서 생성한 본체폼으로 이루어지며, 이 본체폼과 상기 중간폼박층과의 사이에 아무런 경화층이 형성되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통기성 표포는 천연 또는 합성섬유제의 편포(編布) 또는 직포(織布)인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간폼박층은 두께 2-10㎜의 연질폴리우레탄폼인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐필름은 폴리우레탄필름 또는 폴리염화비닐 필름에서 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 차폐필름은 접착성을 개량하도록 표면처리된 폴리염화비닐필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포성혼합물을 반응성폴리우레탄 원액인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표포는 저지포이고, 그 내표면에 두께 2㎜의 연질폴리우레탄폼이 중간슬러브폼박층으로서 접착되고, 이 박층폼의 내표면에 본체폼의 원액을 침투시키지 않는 미소한 통기공이 형성되어 있는 폴리우레탄 필름이 차폐필름으로서 접착되며, 이 차폐필름에 본체폼으로서의 폴리우레탄폼이 일체로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 본체폼이 두께가 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 일체발포제품.
