Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the title sheet with stain resistance while maintaining the functions of respective layers and improve air permeability on using as well as feeling in using it as a sheet or a diaper cover, by a method wherein a specified layer constitution is made by a sheet having softness, air permeability and waterproofness, another sheet having cushioning property, the layer of deodorant agent and a base material sheet having air permeability. CONSTITUTION:A deodorant agent layer 2 is laminated on the inner surface of a sheet 1, having softness, proper air permeability and waterproofness, and another sheet 4, having air permeability and cushioning property, is laminated on the surface of the deodorant agent layer 2 in accordance with necessity, further, the other sheet 5, having softness, waterproofness and proper air permeability, is bonded partially 3 on the surface of the deodorant agent layer 2 or the sheet 4, having air permeability and cushioning property. A perforated polyvinyl chloride film, a polyolefin film, a water repellent non-woven cloth or the like is employed for the waterproof sheet 1. Non-woven cloth of cotton, rayon, nylon or the non-woven cloth of the mixture thereof or the non-woven cloth of continuous air bubble foam is most preferable as the sheet 4. According to this method, a deodorant sheet, excellent in air permeability while maintaining good deodorant property and having proper air permeating property, waterproofness and stain resistance, can be obtained.
