Abstract

Un método para formar un tejido no tramado que tiene ungradiente de tamaño de poro, que comprende: depositar fibras termoplásticas como un tejido sobre una superficie conformada foraminosa, dicha superficie tiene una zona central y por lo menos una zona periférica de manera que dichas fibras en dicha zona central tienen menos alineación de fibra y un tamaño de poro promedio más grande que las fibras en dicha por lo menos una zona periférica. 2Un método para formar un tejido no tramado que tiene un gradiente de tamaño de poro que comprende: formar fibras termoplásticas mediante el extruir una resina de polímero termoplástico derretido a través de una matriz de soplado de derretido; proporcionar una superficie conformada foraminosa, dicha superficie tiene una parte inclinada teniendo un vértice y por lo menos un lado, dicho vértice define una zona de depósito central y dicho por lo menos un lado define por lo menos una zona de depósito periférica; depositar dichas fibras en dicha zona de depósito central por lo que por lo menos una parte de dichas fibras depositadas emigran hacia abajo desde dicha zona de depósito central hacia adentro de dicha por lo menos una zona periférica de manera que las fibras en dicha zona central tienen menos alineación de fibra y un tamaño de poro promedio más grande que las fibras en dicha por lo menos una zona periférica; y separar dicho tejido de dicha superficie.
