1306060 玖、發明說明 [發明所屬之技術領域] 本發明係有關一種由工程塑膠所製成的瓦楞紙。 [先前技術] 以往,紙製瓦楞紙以使用於包裝的包裝材,緩和衝擊 的緩衝材,吸收騷音的吸音材等各種用途為目的,而提供 很多種類的紙製瓦愣紙。並且也提供一種由聚丙烯、聚氣 乙烯(PVC)等的熱塑性樹脂所成的塑膠瓦楞紙。 [發明内容] 解決之枯術間顳 紙製瓦楞紙雖重量輕,但對於加工有曲面等形狀時就 报困難,其用途有時也有受到限制之問題。 並且,上述由熱塑性樹脂所製成的塑膠瓦楞紙’其成 形性雖然較佳,但耐熱性低劣,於高溫條件之下有無法使 用之問題。 本發明的課題,係提供一種有耐熱性並且成形良好的 瓦楞紙。 問題之拮街太荦 本發明係為用以解決上述習知問題之方案,係提供一 種工程塑膠瓦楞紙⑴,其是利用芯材(2)和被覆於該芯材(2) 的—面及兩面的被覆材料(3)組成瓦楞紙(1),該芯材(2)至 少由工程塑膠以及工裎塑膠和熱塑性樹脂的聚合物融合物 及工程塑膠和熱塑性樹脂和橡膠狀物質的聚合物融合物作 為其材料。 315027 5 1306060 工程塑膠瓦楞紙(1)中的工程塑膠,係由聚醯胺(PA, polyamide)、聚酯(PE,polyester)縮醛樹脂(POM, polyacetal)、聚礙酸酯(PC, polycarbonate)、聚對笨二曱酸 乙二酯(PET, polyethylene terephthalate)、聚對苯二甲酸丁 二酯(PBT,polybutylene terephthalate)、聚楓(PSF, poly sulfone)、聚醚碾(PES,poly ether sulfone)、聚苯 (PPE, polyphenylene ether)、改質聚苯醚(改質ppE)、聚笨硫醚 (PPS, polyphenylene sulfide) ' 聚芳酸酯(PAR, polyarylate)、聚醚醚酮(peek, p〇lyether ether ketone)、聚 酿胺亞胺(PAI, polyamideimide)、聚醯亞胺(pi, P〇lyimide)、聚醚酿亞胺(PEI,polyetherimide)、聚氯基二 馬來疏亞胺、甲基戊烯共聚物(τρχ,methylpentane copolymer)、結晶性聚酯以及立體規則性聚苯乙烯所成之 組合中選擇的1種或2種以上的塑膠所組成。 又,上述熱塑性樹脂,係由聚苯乙烯、聚醯胺、聚丙 烯所成之組合中選擇1種及2種以上所組成。 作為使用於本發明中的橡膠狀物質,係以苯乙稀系彈 性體為佳。 μ 亦可於本發明的聚合物融合物中再添加相溶化劑。 本發明的工程塑膠瓦楞紙(1)之芯材(2),如係波紋狀板 構成時,或係蜂巢式構造體時,或係圍棋盤格子狀的蜂巢 式構造體時’或係於薄板上形成許多凸部⑷的成形薄板所 構成時,可取得各種樣式。 再者’工程塑膠瓦楞紙(1)的被覆材料(3),例如,由多 315027 6 1306060 該耐熱性材料係 Μ材料組成時’或耐熱性材料組成時 以蚊纖維及/或芳族醯胺纖維為佳。 [實施方式] 以下,詳細說明本發明的内容。 本發明的工程塑膠瓦楞紙⑴(以下,簡稱瓦愣紙⑴), 係由芯材⑺和被著於該芯材(2)的被覆材料⑺所組成(參 照第1圖至第4圖)。 本《月的瓦楞紙⑴之芯材⑺’例如,如第3圖及第4 ’係由形成於薄板上的許多筒部⑹的筒部部件 (2Α)所構成。本發明的瓦楞紙⑴之芯材⑺不只限定於由上 述筒部部件(2Α)構成之情形,例如,如第$圖之所示,係 由波紋狀板所構成,也可如第6圖之所示,係由蜂巢式構 造體構成各種形狀等。 再者,就本發明中的蜂巢式構造體而言,也包含第7 圖之所示的圍棋盤格子狀的構造體(2d)。 又,上述筒部部件(2Α),如第8圖及第9圖之所示, 係以切除前驅部件(2Ε)凸部的上端部(5)而得。此前驅部件 (2 Ε)其本身也可作為本發明的瓦楞紙(丨)之芯材(2)而使 用。此種情形之凸部(4)並不限定於第8圖及第9圖所示之 平面形狀的上端面’例如,上端部係V字形狀(5 Α)的凸部 (4Α)(參照第1 0圖)’或係U字形狀(5Β)的凸部(4Β),或於 上端面有圓形狀開口部的凸部(4C)(參照第1 2圖)等有各種 形狀的凸部(4)也可。又,於該前驅部件(2E)上形成之凸部 (4),不必要與前驅部件(2E)上完全係同一形狀,例如,如 7 315027 1306060

-MeS-Bd-MeS)、〇:-曱基笨乙烯-異戊二烯-α-甲基苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、笨乙烯 -添加氫聚烯烴-苯乙烯嵌段共斂物(SEBS,SEPS)等苯乙稀 系彈性體、聚烯烴系彈性體、聚胺酯系彈性體、聚酯系彈 性體、聚醯胺系彈性體等,上述橡膠狀物質’可分別單獨 或2種以上組合使用。 再者’於上述聚合物融合物中,以改良各自成分的相 '合性為目的’也可添加相溶化劑。 s玄拍溶化劑因由對聚合物融合物的各成分有親和性的 化&物所組成,中介各成分,可使聚合物融合物中的各成 处於均勻的混合狀態,因而有效地發揮各成分的特性, 10 315027 I3〇6〇60 並成為耐熱性,成' 形性極其良好的材料,按照真空成形等 可容易地製造複雜形狀的芯材。 例如,作為由PPE、改質PPE、PPS等的芳香族系工 程塑膠和聚丙烯等的聚烯烴所組成的聚合物融合物(也包 括含有橡膠狀物質的聚合物融合物)的相溶化劑,例如可使 用:以化學結合結合PPE和聚丙烯的嵌段以及接枝共聚 物,聚丙烯和聚笨乙烯的嵌段以及接枝共聚物、ppE和乙 烯-壞丁二烯共聚物的嵌段以及接枝共聚物、(鏈)烯基芳香 族化合物(例如,笨乙烯)與共軛二烯(c〇ngjugated diene)(例 如,丁二烯、異戊_間_二烯)的二嵌段共聚物以及三嵌段共 聚物等的氫添加聚合物。 又’作為由上述芳香族系工程塑膠和聚醢胺系樹脂組 成的聚合物融合物(也包含橡膠狀物質聚合物融合物)的相 '谷化劑’可例舉’(a)(i)乙烯性連接碳-碳二重結合及碳-碳 二重結合及;(Π)羧酸、酸酐、醯胺、醯亞胺、羧酸酯、胺 及羥基;包含兩者的化合物;(b)液態狀二烯;(c)環氧化物; 1306060 -'Λ \ 1 V .. 第92125711號專利申請案 ;' .' : (97 年 9 月 1 7 曰) ' j 拾、申請專利範圍 1 · 一種工程塑膠瓦愣紙,係由芯材和被覆於該芯材的一面 及兩面的纖維集合體或有連續氣泡結構之塑膠發泡體 或由塑膠小球燒結體所成之被覆材料組成之瓦楞紙,其 特徵為:該怒材至少由工程塑膠和熱塑性樹脂與相溶化 劑的聚合物融合物作為其材料,而 該工私塑膠係由聚醯胺(PA, p〇iyainide),聚醋(ΡΕ, Polyester),縮醛樹脂(pom, p〇lyacetai),聚碳酸酯(pc, polycarbonate),聚對苯二甲酸己二酯(pet,p〇iyethylene terephthalate) ’ 聚對苯二甲酸丁 二酉旨(pbt, polybutylene terephthalate) ’ 聚石風(PSF,polysulfone),聚醚礙(PES, polyether sulfone)’ 聚苯趟(ppe,polyphenylene ether), 改質聚本鍵(改質PPE),聚苯硫謎(pps, polyphenylene sulfide),聚芳酸酯(PAR, polyarylate),聚醚醚酮(PEEK, polyether ether ketone),聚醯胺亞胺(PAI, polyamideimide) ’ 聚醯亞胺(pi, polyimide),聚醚醯亞 胺(PEI,polyetherimide),聚氣基二馬來醯亞胺,甲基戊 烯共聚物(TPX,methylpentane copolymer),結晶性聚酯 及立體規則性聚苯乙烯所成之組合中選擇的1種或2種 以上的塑膠所組成;並且 該熱塑性樹脂,係由聚苯乙烯,聚醯胺,聚丙烯所 成之組合中選擇之1種或2種以上的熱塑性樹脂;該相 溶化劑是橡膠狀物質的聚苯乙烯系彈性體。 2.如申請專利範圍第1項所述之工程塑膠瓦楞紙,其中, 22 (修正本)315027 1306060 第9212W11號專利申請案 (97年9月17曰) 該心柯係由波狀形板所組成。 3. 專利範圍¥ 1項所述之工程塑膠瓦愣紙,其中, 該心材係有蜂巢式構造體。 4. 專利範圍第1項所述之卫程塑膠瓦愣紙,其中, :申2由於薄板上形成許多凸部的成形薄板所組成。 .1月專利範圍第!項所述之工程塑膠瓦楞紙,其中, 該“材係圍棋盤格子狀的蜂巢式構造體。 6.如申請專利範圍第!項所述之卫程塑膠瓦榜紙,其中, 該被覆材料係耐熱材料。 7·如申请專利範圍第6項所述之卫程塑膠瓦樗紙,其中 該耐熱材料係碳纖維及/或芳族醯胺纖維。 八 (修JL本)315027 23
