Abstract
本发明涉及一种静音办公隔断。静音办公隔断主要是利用多孔吸声材料吸声和薄膜共振吸声来降低噪音,传统办公隔断无吸声材料。本发明组成包括:骨架(1),所述的骨架是金属异型件,所述的骨架(1)两侧分别与穿孔板(2)连接,所述的穿孔板(2)与所述的骨架(1)围成空腔,所述的空腔内安装有吸音材料(3),所述的穿孔板(2)外侧覆有PVC膜(4)。本发明用于静音办公隔断。

本发明涉及一种办公隔断,特别是一种静音办公隔断。
背景技术:
现有的办公隔断不具备吸声静音功能,无法消除、改善办公环境的噪声污染。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是要提供一种静音办公隔断,它能有效的消除、改善办公环境的噪声污染。
本发明的目的是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种静音办公隔断,是利用多孔吸声材料吸声和薄膜共振吸声来降低噪音,其组成包括:骨架,所述的骨架是金属异型件,所述的骨架两侧分别与穿孔板连接,所述的穿孔板与所述的骨架围成空腔,所述的空腔内安装有吸音材料,所述的穿孔板外侧覆有PVC膜。
有益效果:
1.本发明的骨架截面是异形结构,外板由穿孔板组成,具有重量轻,方便组装、拆卸的特点。
2.本发明外侧覆有PVC膜,具有外观好,加工方便,避免超细玻璃丝绵污染环境等特点。
3.本发明骨架内部安装有超细玻璃丝绵,所述的超细玻璃丝绵是以石英砂、长石、硅酸钠、硼酸等为主要原料,经过高温熔化制得小于2um的纤维棉状,再添加热固型树脂粘合剂加压高温定型制造出各种形状,该材料具有吸声系数大的特点,广泛用于隔音、消声等领域。
4.本发明主要是利用多孔吸声材料吸声和薄膜共振吸声来降低噪声的,把吸声材料固定在隔断壁板上,构成了阻性消音器,当声波进入阻性消音器时,一部分声能在多孔材料的孔隙中摩擦而转化成热能耗散掉,使通过消音器的声波减弱,并且当声波入射到外部PVC膜时候,薄膜在声波高变压力激发下而振动,使薄膜发生弯曲变形,出现了薄膜内部摩擦损耗,从而消耗声能,达到消声的目的。

一种静音办公隔断,其组成包括:骨架(1),所述的骨架是金属异型件,所述的骨架两侧分别与穿孔板(2)连接,所述的穿孔板与所述的骨架围成空腔,所述的空腔内安装有吸音材料(3),所述的穿孔板外侧覆有PVC膜(4)。本发明用于静音办公隔断。

根据实施例1所述的静音办公隔断,所述的吸音材料由超细玻璃丝绵组成,所述的超细玻璃丝绵具有吸声系数大的优点。
