瓦楞纸板由瓦楞原纸和箱板纸生产加工而成。将瓦楞原纸起楞,构成波浪形的瓦楞芯纸,再用胶粘剂在两边粘上面、里箱板纸。纸板的中层呈空心结构,具有好的弹性、缓冲性能,抗压、耐破性能良好,由瓦楞纸板制成的瓦楞纸箱坚挺,耐破、抗压,是物品运输包装的重要材料,应用于国民生产、生活的方方面面。瓦楞纸板按其材料层数,可分为双层、三层、五层、七层纸板几个类型:用一层瓦楞和一层面纸组成双层纸板,一层瓦楞和两层面纸组成三层纸板,两层瓦楞和三层面纸组成五层纸板,三层瓦楞和四层面纸组成七层纸板。按瓦楞的大小,将瓦楞分为大瓦楞A型、小瓦楞B型、中瓦楞C型、微瓦楞E型、超微小瓦楞K型。
现有的瓦楞纸板功能性差,其防水性能、防腐性能和缓冲性能均比较差,使用寿命短,耐磨性差,容易出现破损的现象,而且生产成本高,大多材料选用较贵的浆料,而且现有的瓦楞纸板回收再利用次数少,强度低,减震性能差,不方便对较大的物品进行包装输送;为此提供了一种高内结合力瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高内结合力瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高内结合力瓦楞纸板及其生产工艺,包括瓦楞纸板内架、第一瓦楞板和第二瓦楞板,所述瓦楞纸板内架的顶部和底部均设有限位槽,所述限位槽上设有蜂窝槽板,所述瓦楞纸板内架顶部的限位槽上设有第一瓦楞板,所述瓦楞纸板内架底部的限位槽上设有第二瓦楞板,所述第一瓦楞板和第二瓦楞板的顶部均设有第一瓦楞原纸,所述第一瓦楞板和第二瓦楞板的底部均设有第二瓦楞原纸,所述第一瓦楞原纸和第二瓦楞原纸之间设有波浪形芯纸。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述瓦楞纸板内架由椰树纤维45-50%、纤维粘结剂5-10%、增强剂5-10%、抗水剂5-10%、胶粘剂5-8%、防霉剂4-6%和防火剂4-6%构成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第一瓦楞原纸和第二瓦楞原纸由植物纤维浆料50-60%、增强剂5-8%、抗水剂5-8%、胶粘剂10-14%、防霉剂2-5%和防火剂2-5%构成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述波浪形芯纸由玻璃纤维40-50%、木浆20-25%、液态粘结剂5-10%、纤维粘结剂5-10%和增强剂1-5%构成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述蜂窝槽板由聚苯乙烯泡沫板制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述植物纤维浆料为废弃树叶纤维浆料、废旧纸纤维浆料和稻草纤维浆料的混合物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述瓦楞纸板内架和瓦楞原纸中的增强剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、抗水剂为松香胶、胶粘剂为硫酸铝、防火剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的任意一种。
一种高内结合力瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,具体的步骤如下:
S1:瓦楞纸板内架的制作方法:
S11:将椰树纤维粉碎成若干个长度为5-10厘米的纤维段;
S12:再将纤维段加入纤维粘结剂、增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂并进行混合搅拌,再将混合物放入模具槽内进行成型,从而制成瓦楞纸板内架;
S2:蜂窝槽板的制作方法:通过将聚苯乙烯填充到蜂窝模具中成型制成;
S3:第一瓦楞原纸和第二瓦楞原纸的制作方法:
S31:将废弃树叶纤维浆料、废旧纸纤维浆料和稻草纤维浆料混合在一起;
S32:将S31得到的混合物中加入增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂,然后加水稀释至质量浓度为0.6-0.8%的浆料,最后采用湿法成型方式抄造,得到瓦楞原纸;
S4:波浪形芯纸的制作方法:
S41:将玻璃纤维切割成若干个2-5厘米的纤维段;
S42:将S41中的纤维段加入木浆、液态粘结剂、纤维粘结剂和增强剂,并搅拌均匀,然后将混合物放入波浪型模具中,制成波浪形芯纸;
S5:将蜂窝槽板放入到瓦楞纸板内架的内部上,然后将第一瓦楞原纸和第二瓦楞原纸通过胶水分别粘接在波浪形芯纸的顶部和底部上热压烘干制成瓦楞板;
S6:将两块瓦楞板通过胶水分别粘接在瓦楞纸板内架的限位槽内并通过热压烘干处理得到瓦楞纸。
本发明的有益效果是:该瓦楞纸硬度大,可塑性强,该瓦楞纸具有高强的防水性、防腐性和耐磨性,整个瓦楞纸的抗撞击性好,质量轻,采用的材料都是采用可再生的废弃植物制成,不仅环保,而且成本低,生产工艺也十分简单,减震性能好,结构性能好,整体的使用寿命长,便于人们进行搬运,也便于组装成包装盒,输送比较重的物品。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高内结合力瓦楞纸板,包括瓦楞纸板内架1、第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3,瓦楞纸板内架1的顶部和底部均设有限位槽101,限位槽101上设有蜂窝槽板102,瓦楞纸板内架1顶部的限位槽101上设有第一瓦楞板2,瓦楞纸板内架1底部的限位槽101上设有第二瓦楞板3,第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3的顶部均设有第一瓦楞原纸201,第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3的底部均设有第二瓦楞原纸202,第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202之间设有波浪形芯纸203。

该瓦楞纸由瓦楞纸板内架1、第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3构成,瓦楞纸板内架1内部填充有蜂窝槽板102,第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3与瓦楞纸板内架1和蜂窝槽板102粘接相连,蜂窝槽板102采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板制成具有高强的减震和抗压能力,提高瓦楞纸的减震效果和使用寿命,第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3均由两层瓦楞原纸粘接在波浪形芯纸203的顶部和底部上构成的,第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202采用的植物纤维浆料为废弃树叶纤维浆料、废旧纸纤维浆料和稻草纤维浆料的混合物,不仅成本低,而且十分环保,让废物合理再利用,波浪形芯纸203采用的玻璃纤维,从而增加了波浪形芯纸203的抗压强度,即使受到重物撞击也不易出现变形的现象,采用第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3增加了整个瓦楞纸板的强度和硬度,而且生产十分简单,直接将第一瓦楞板2和第二瓦楞板3粘接在限位槽101上,然后通过轻微热压加烘干处理,让其固定在一起,而瓦楞纸板内架1由椰树纤维具有高强的柔韧性能,而且不易破损,强度也高,可回收再利用。
一种高内结合力瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,具体的步骤如下:
S1:瓦楞纸板内架1的制作方法:
S11:将椰树纤维粉碎成若干个长度为5-10厘米的纤维段;
S12:再将纤维段加入纤维粘结剂、增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂并进行混合搅拌,再将混合物放入模具槽内进行成型,从而制成瓦楞纸板内架1;
S2:蜂窝槽板102的制作方法:通过将聚苯乙烯填充到蜂窝模具中成型制成;
S3:第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202的制作方法:
S31:将废弃树叶纤维浆料、废旧纸纤维浆料和稻草纤维浆料混合在一起;
S32:将S31得到的混合物中加入增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂,然后加水稀释至质量浓度为0.6-0.8%的浆料,最后采用湿法成型方式抄造,得到瓦楞原纸;
S4:波浪形芯纸203的制作方法:
S41:将玻璃纤维切割成若干个2-5厘米的纤维段;
S42:将S41中的纤维段加入木浆、液态粘结剂、纤维粘结剂和增强剂,并搅拌均匀,然后将混合物放入波浪型模具中,制成波浪形芯纸203;
S5:将蜂窝槽板102放入到瓦楞纸板内架1的内部上,然后将第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202通过胶水分别粘接在波浪形芯纸203的顶部和底部上热压烘干制成瓦楞板;
S6:将两块瓦楞板通过胶水分别粘接在瓦楞纸板内架1的限位槽101内并通过热压烘干处理得到瓦楞纸。
实施例1:瓦楞纸板内架1中的椰树纤维为45%、纤维粘结剂为5%、增强剂为5%、抗水剂为5%、胶粘剂为5%、防霉剂为4%和防火剂为4%。
第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202中的植物纤维浆料为50%、增强剂为5%、抗水剂为5%、胶粘剂为10%、防霉剂为2%和防火剂为2%。
波浪形芯纸203中的玻璃纤维为40%、木浆为20%、液态粘结剂为5%、纤维粘结剂为5%、增强剂为1%。
高内结合力瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,具体的步骤如下:
S1:瓦楞纸板内架1的制作方法:
S11:将椰树纤维粉碎成若干个长度为5-10厘米的纤维段;
S12:再将纤维段加入纤维粘结剂、增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂并进行混合搅拌,再将混合物放入模具槽内进行成型,从而制成瓦楞纸板内架1;

S6:将两块瓦楞板通过胶水分别粘接在瓦楞纸板内架1的限位槽101内并通过热压烘干处理得到瓦楞纸。
实施例2:瓦楞纸板内架1中的椰树纤维为48%、纤维粘结剂为8%、增强剂为8%、抗水剂为8%、胶粘剂为6%、防霉剂为5%和防火剂为5%构成。
第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202中的植物纤维浆料为55%、增强剂为6%、抗水剂为6%、胶粘剂为12%、防霉剂为3%和防火剂为3%。
波浪形芯纸203中的玻璃纤维为45%、木浆为23%、液态粘结剂为7%、纤维粘结剂为7%、增强剂为3%。
高内结合力瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,具体的步骤如下:
S1:瓦楞纸板内架1的制作方法:
S11:将椰树纤维粉碎成若干个长度为5-10厘米的纤维段;
S12:再将纤维段加入纤维粘结剂、增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂并进行混合搅拌,再将混合物放入模具槽内进行成型,从而制成瓦楞纸板内架1;
S2:蜂窝槽板102的制作方法:通过将聚苯乙烯填充到蜂窝模具中成型制成;
S3:第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202的制作方法:

实施例3:瓦楞纸板内架1中的椰树纤维为50%、纤维粘结剂为10%、增强剂为10%、抗水剂为10%、胶粘剂为8%、防霉剂为6%和防火剂为6%构成。
第一瓦楞原纸201和第二瓦楞原纸202中的植物纤维浆料为60%、增强剂为8%、抗水剂为8%、胶粘剂为14%、防霉剂为5%和防火剂为5%。
波浪形芯纸203中的玻璃纤维为50%、木浆为25%、液态粘结剂为10%、纤维粘结剂为10%、增强剂为5%。
高内结合力瓦楞纸板的生产工艺,具体的步骤如下:
S1:瓦楞纸板内架1的制作方法:

S6:将两块瓦楞板通过胶水分别粘接在瓦楞纸板内架1的限位槽101内并通过热压烘干处理得到瓦楞纸。
对比例:采用市场上普通的瓦楞纸板做为对比纸板;
该瓦楞纸硬度大,可塑性强,该瓦楞纸具有高强的防水性、防腐性和耐磨性,整个瓦楞纸的抗撞击性好,质量轻,采用的材料都是采用可再生的废弃植物制成,不仅环保,而且成本低,生产工艺也十分简单,减震性能好,结构性能好,整体的使用寿命长,便于人们进行搬运,也便于组装成包装盒,输送比较重的物品。

S1:瓦楞纸板内架(1)的制作方法:
S11:将椰树纤维粉碎成若干个长度为5-10厘米的纤维段;
S12:再将纤维段加入纤维粘结剂、增强剂、抗水剂、胶粘剂、防霉剂和防火剂并进行混合搅拌,再将混合物放入模具槽内进行成型,从而制成瓦楞纸板内架(1);
S2:蜂窝槽板(102)的制作方法:通过将聚苯乙烯填充到蜂窝模具中成型制成;
S3:第一瓦楞原纸(201)和第二瓦楞原纸(202)的制作方法:
S31:将废弃树叶纤维浆料、废旧纸纤维浆料和稻草纤维浆料混合在一起;

S6:将两块瓦楞板通过胶水分别粘接在瓦楞纸板内架(1)的限位槽(101)内并通过热压烘干处理得到瓦楞纸。
