本发明公开了一种新型瓦楞复合材料,涉及纸板技术领域。本发明包括瓦楞复合夹层,瓦楞复合夹层外形为波浪形结构,瓦楞复合夹层上表面与下表面均粘连固定有加强层,加强层位于瓦楞复合夹层上方粘连固定有灰板原纸,加强层位于瓦楞复合夹层下方粘连固定有灰底涂布纸,灰板原纸上表面与灰底涂布纸下表面均粘连固定有疏水涂层,瓦楞复合夹层分别与灰板原纸、灰底涂布纸之间固定连接有复合纸芯,若干复合纸芯两两粘连固定,若干复合纸芯连接处固定连接有一固定条,本发明通过灰板原纸、瓦楞复合夹层与灰底涂布纸的相互粘连结构,增强了瓦楞纸板的抗弯性能,并且具有隔热、防水的有点。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸板技术领域,具体为一种新型瓦楞复合材料。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板又称波纹纸板,是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成。它有很高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞纸箱的实际表现取决于三项因素:芯纸和纸板的特性及纸箱本身的结构,而复合材料可以有助于提高瓦楞纸板的结构强度、抗弯性以及缓冲性能。
现有用于瓦楞纸的复合材料结构单一,不具备复合材料的多重特性,结构强度与缓冲性能不能兼顾,不利于瓦楞纸盒对包装产品进行保护,容易造成包装产品磕碰损坏,因此现有瓦楞纸板保护性能差是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型瓦楞复合材料,通过灰板原纸、瓦楞复合夹层与灰底涂布纸的相互粘连结构,解决了现有瓦楞纸板保护性能差的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型瓦楞复合材料复合灰板,包括瓦楞复合夹层,所述瓦楞复合夹层外形为波浪形结构;
所述瓦楞复合夹层上表面与下表面均粘连固定有加强层,所述加强层位于瓦楞复合夹层上方粘连固定有灰板原纸,所述加强层位于瓦楞复合夹层下方粘连固定有灰底涂布纸,所述灰板原纸上表面与灰底涂布纸下表面均粘连固定有疏水涂层;
所述瓦楞复合夹层分别与灰板原纸、灰底涂布纸之间固定连接有复合纸芯,三个所述复合纸芯两两粘连固定,三个所述复合纸芯连接处固定连接有一固定条。
进一步地,所述灰板原纸包括种子纤维层,所述种子纤维层一表面与加强层粘连固定,所述种子纤维层另一表面粘连固定有韧皮纤维层,所述韧皮纤维层一表面与疏水涂层粘连固定,所述韧皮纤维层与种子纤维层相对一表面之间固定连接有连接层。
进一步地,所述瓦楞复合夹层包括两个椰壳纤维层,两个所述椰壳纤维层一表面分别与灰板原纸、灰底涂布纸粘连固定,两个所述椰壳纤维层相对一表面均固定连接有柔性层,两个所述柔性层相对一表面之间固定连接有若干连接条,所述连接条为截面T形结构,相邻两个所述连接条排列方向相反。
进一步地,所述灰底涂布纸包括纸制基层,所述纸制基层一表面与加强层粘连固定,所述纸制基层另一表面粘连固定有染料层,所述染料层一表面与疏水涂层粘连固定。
进一步地,所述复合纸芯包括包覆层,所述包覆层周侧面分别与灰板原纸、灰底涂布纸和固定条粘连固定,所述包覆层内表面均匀固定连接有十五个缓冲条,十五个所述缓冲条内表面分别固定连接有八个隔热条,八个所述隔热条均固定连接有支撑条。
进一步地,所述固定条包括三个分瓣条,所述分瓣条一表面与复合纸芯固定连接,三个所述分瓣条一表面分别通过紧固条两两固定,三个所述分瓣条均固定连接有中心条。
进一步地,所述固定条截面为等边三角形结构。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、该新型瓦楞复合材料,通过灰板原纸、瓦楞复合夹层与灰底涂布纸的相互粘连结构,使得瓦楞纸板在保证结构强度的同时具有很好的缓冲性能,能够有效地抵御物理冲撞,并且具有优良的隔热、防水的效果,具有提高瓦楞纸盒保护性能的优点。
2、该新型瓦楞复合材料,通过各植物纤维层的组合粘连,以及柔性层与连接条之间的相互配合,提高了瓦楞复合夹层恢复能力,使得瓦楞纸板的抗弯性增强,提高了瓦楞纸盒的受力上限,从而增强瓦楞纸盒的载重能力,具有提高瓦楞纸板抗弯性的优点。
3、该新型瓦楞复合材料,通过复合纸芯与固定条之间的粘连结构,能够进一步提升瓦楞纸板的缓冲性能,三个复合纸芯粘连形成稳定的三角形结构,可以避免瓦楞复合夹层产生不可逆变形,提高了瓦楞纸板的使用寿命,具有提高瓦楞纸板稳定性的优点

瓦楞复合夹层2上表面与下表面均粘连固定有加强层5,加强层5为玻璃纤维,加强层5位于瓦楞复合夹层2上方粘连固定有灰板原纸1,加强层5位于瓦楞复合夹层2下方粘连固定有灰底涂布纸3,灰板原纸1上表面与灰底涂布纸3下表面均粘连固定有疏水涂层4,疏水涂层4采用氟碳涂料涂刷而成;
瓦楞复合夹层2分别与灰板原纸1、灰底涂布纸3之间固定连接有复合纸芯6,三个复合纸芯6两两粘连固定,三个复合纸芯6连接处固定连接有一固定条7,固定条7采用碳化硅纤维制成。
其中,灰板原纸1包括种子纤维层102,种子纤维层102由25%的棉纤维与75%的木棉纤维组成,种子纤维层102一表面与加强层5粘连固定,种子纤维层102另一表面粘连固定有韧皮纤维层101,韧皮纤维层101有35%的亚麻和65%的亚麻组成,韧皮纤维层101一表面与疏水涂层4粘连固定,韧皮纤维层101与种子纤维层102相对一表面之间固定连接有连接层103。
其中,灰底涂布纸3包括纸制基层301,纸制基层301由15%的麦秸和85%的玉米秸秆制成,纸制基层301一表面与加强层5粘连固定,纸制基层301另一表面粘连固定有染料层302,染料层302一表面与疏水涂层4粘连固定。
其中如图6所示,瓦楞复合夹层2包括两个椰壳纤维层201,两个椰壳纤维层201一表面分别与灰板原纸1、灰底涂布纸3粘连固定,两个椰壳纤维层201相对一表面均固定连接有柔性层202,柔性层202材料为环氧树脂,两个柔性层202相对一表面之间固定连接有若干连接条203,连接条203由碳纤维制成,连接条203为截面T形结构,相邻两个连接条203排列方向相反。
其中如图7所示,复合纸芯6包括包覆层601,包覆层601材质为聚氯乙烯,包覆层601周侧面分别与灰板原纸1、灰底涂布纸3和固定条7粘连固定,包覆层601内表面均匀固定连接有十五个缓冲条602,缓冲条602为人造乳胶,十五个缓冲条602内表面分别固定连接有八个隔热条603,隔热条603由石棉纤维制成,八个隔热条603均固定连接有支撑条604,支撑条604材质为高硬度PP。
其中如图8所示,固定条7包括三个分瓣条702,分瓣条702为云母复合材料,分瓣条702一表面与复合纸芯6固定连接,三个分瓣条702一表面分别通过紧固条703两两固定,三个分瓣条702均固定连接有中心条701,中心条701材质为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
