本发明公开了一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,纤维素10~22%、蛋白质纤维素5~8%、流延聚丙烯25~35%、淀粉5~10%、甲壳糖10~15%、木聚糖8~15%、甘露聚糖5~15%、偶联剂1~3.5、抗氧化剂2~5%、表面活性剂10~20%、增溶剂2~5%,所述保温隔热层采用中温保温隔热材料制成,所述生物降解层与保温隔热层通过热压成型。通过上述方式,本发明一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,采用可降解层与隔热保温层相互结合,增加了包装材料的保温隔热性能及可降解性,同时本发明添加多种助剂,提高了产品的韧性,使得包装材料具有较强的拉伸性能,可应用于多种对保温性能要求高的产品的包装用。

Description

一种环保隔热型复合保温包装材料
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料,特别是涉及一种环保隔热型复合保温包装材料。
背景技术
包装材料是工、农及家用中不可缺少的材料,而塑料包装是包装业中四大材料之一:纸及纸板占30%,塑料占25%,金属占25%,玻璃占15%。以上两个25%充分说明了塑料包装业的重要性。塑料包装业虽然是第二位包装材料,其实用面还不如纸及纸板的包装。但是塑料包装业每年按5%的速度在发展,可以肯定的讲,即使在塑料包装业受到责难最多的国家。塑料仍将以比其它包装材料快得多的速度在不段地发展,因为塑料的不少特性是其它任何一种包装材料所不能替代的。
众所周知,塑料是“白色垃圾”的主要来源,是影响人们环境的污染物之一。但对塑料的应用却无法禁止,如何对包装行业的塑料进行环保性及功能性生产制造,是塑料包装材料的主要研究方向。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,采用可降解层与隔热保温层相互结合,增加了包装材料的保温隔热性能及可降解性,同时本发明添加多种助剂,提高了产品的韧性,使得包装材料具有较强的拉伸性能,可应用于多种对保温性能要求高的产品的包装用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,包括生物降解层及保温隔热层,所述生物降解层由以下重量份的原料组成:竹纤维素10~22%、蛋白质纤维素5~8%、流延聚丙烯25~35%、淀粉5~10%、甲壳糖10~15%、木聚糖8~15%、甘露聚糖5~15%、偶联剂1~3.5、抗氧化剂2~5%、表面活性剂10~20%、增溶剂2~5%,所述保温隔热层采用中温保温隔热材料制成,所述生物降解层与保温隔热层通过热压成型。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,生物降解层由以下重量份的原料组成:竹纤维素12~20%、蛋白质纤维素6~8%、流延聚丙烯28~32%、淀粉7.5~10%、甲壳糖11~14%、木聚糖10~13%、甘露聚糖9~13%、偶联剂2~3.5%、抗氧化剂3~5%、表面活性12~20%、增溶剂2~4%。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述偶联剂为赖氨酸基异氰酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述表米活性剂为磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述抗氧化剂为亚磷酸脂类或硫酯类抗氧化剂。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述增溶剂为为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述中温保温隔热材料的保温温度为100~120℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,采用可降解层与隔热保温层相互结合,增加了包装材料的保温隔热性能及可降解性,同时本发明添加多种助剂,提高了产品的韧性,使得包装材料具有较强的拉伸性能,可应用于多种对保温性能要求高的产品的包装用。

本发明实施例包括:
在一个实施例中,一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,包括生物降解层及保温隔热层,所述生物降解层由以下重量份的原料组成:竹纤维素10~22%、蛋白质纤维素5~8%、流延聚丙烯25~35%、淀粉5~10%、甲壳糖10~15%、木聚糖8~15%、甘露聚糖5~15%、偶联剂1~3.5、抗氧化剂2~5%、表面活性剂10~20%、增溶剂2~5%,所述保温隔热层采用中温保温隔热材料制成,所述生物降解层与保温隔热层通过热压成型。
进一步,生物降解层由以下重量份的原料组成:竹纤维素12~20%、蛋白质纤维素6~8%、流延聚丙烯28~32%、淀粉7.5~10%、甲壳糖11~14%、木聚糖10~13%、甘露聚糖9~13%、偶联剂2~3.5%、抗氧化剂3~5%、表面活性12~20%、增溶剂2~4%。

1.一种环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,包括生物降解层及保温隔热层,所述生物降解层由以下重量份的原料组成:竹纤维素10~22%、蛋白质纤维素5~8%、流延聚丙烯25~35%、淀粉5~10%、甲壳糖10~15%、木聚糖8~15%、甘露聚糖5~15%、偶联剂1~3.5、抗氧化剂2~5%、表面活性剂10~20%、增溶剂2~5%,所述保温隔热层采用中温保温隔热材料制成,所述生物降解层与保温隔热层通过热压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,生物降解层由以下重量份的原料组成:竹纤维素12~20%、蛋白质纤维素6~8%、流延聚丙烯28~32%、淀粉7.5~10%、甲壳糖11~14%、木聚糖10~13%、甘露聚糖9~13%、偶联剂2~3.5%、抗氧化剂3~5%、表面活性12~20%、增溶剂2~4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为赖氨酸基异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述表米活性剂为磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为亚磷酸脂类或硫酯类抗氧化剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为为聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保隔热型复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述中温保温隔热材料的保温温度为100~120℃。
