背景技术
牛皮纸,用作包装材料。强度很高。通常呈黄褐色。半漂或全漂的牛皮纸浆呈淡褐色、奶油色或白色。抗撕裂强度、破裂功和动态强度很高。采用硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料,经打浆,在长网造纸机上抄造而成。主要用于包装纸、信封、纸袋等和印刷机滚筒包衬等。
牛皮纸通常保持其黄褐色之本色,适合作袋子和包装纸等。依性质与用途的不同,牛皮纸又有各种不同的用途。牛皮纸系一种纸的统称,并没有一定的规范,一般根据其性质和用途的不同加以分类。按照颜色的不同可以分为:原色牛皮纸、赤牛皮纸、白牛皮纸、平光牛皮纸、单光牛皮纸、双色牛皮纸等;按照用途的不同可以分为:包装牛皮纸、防水牛皮纸、防潮牛皮纸、防锈牛皮纸、打版牛皮纸、制程牛皮纸、绝缘牛皮纸板、牛皮贴纸等;按照材质的不同可分为:再生牛皮纸、牛皮芯纸、牛皮原纸、粗面牛皮纸、牛皮腊纸、木浆牛皮纸、复合牛皮纸等。
现有的牛皮纸其防油性和热封性较差,且由于牛皮纸本身较硬,直接包裹食物不便,若是对牛皮纸外部添加塑料薄膜增加其防护性,其降解性就会变差,因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种防油性和热封性好,降解速度快,包裹食物方便的牛皮纸,以克服当前实际应用中的不足,满足当前的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,包括纸张主体,所述纸张主体包括:基础层、第一阻燃层、耐磨层、保温隔热层、第二阻燃层、防油层和通气孔,所述基础层采用牛皮纸制成,所述基础层的上侧设置有第一阻燃层,所述第一阻燃层的上侧设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜制成,所述耐磨层内设置有光敏剂,所述耐磨层上设置有磨砂层,所述基础层的下侧设置有保温隔热层,所述保温隔热层采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,所述保温隔热层的下侧设置有第二阻燃层,所述第二阻燃层的下侧设置有防油层,所述防油层采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,所述防油层上设置有多个通气孔,所述防油层内设置有改性淀粉,所述纸张主体的顶部设置有包裹装置。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,使用时,将食物包裹在防油层内,防油层采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,使其具有良好的耐油性和热封性,且防油层内设置的纳米银离子可以对细菌进行杀灭,可以防止食物腐败,基础层采用牛皮纸制成,使其具有良好的承载性能,保温隔热层采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,使其具有良好的保温隔热效果,有利于对食物进行保温;当纸张主体上放置食物后,将纸张主体折叠起来把食物包裹住,然后拉伸橡皮筋,将橡皮筋套在纸张主体的外侧,使得纸张主体内的食物被紧紧的包裹住,有利于对食物的保存;基础层采用牛皮纸制成,第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层均采用阻燃纸制成,保温隔热层采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,牛皮纸、阻燃纸和陶瓷纤维纸均可快速降解,耐磨层采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜制成,耐磨层内添加的光敏剂可以加快双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜的降解,防油层采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,防油层内添加的改性淀粉可以加快流延聚丙烯薄膜的降解,因此,纸张主体可以快速降级,不会造成污染,有利于保护环境。综上所述,本发明具有良好的防油性和热封性,杀菌性好,降解速度快,包裹食物方便。

请参阅图1~6,本发明实施例中,一种可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,包括纸张主体1,所述纸张主体1包括:基础层101、第一阻燃层102、耐磨层103、保温隔热层104、第二阻燃层105、防油层106和通气孔107,所述基础层101采用牛皮纸制成,牛皮纸抗撕裂强度、破裂功和动态强度很高,使其具有良好的承载性能,所述基础层101的上侧设置有第一阻燃层102,所述第一阻燃层102的上侧设置有耐磨层103,所述耐磨层103采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜制成,所述耐磨层103的厚度为20-40μm,该双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜具有高透明度、光泽好、阻隔性好、抗冲强度高和耐低温的优点,使其具有良好的耐磨性,所述耐磨层103内设置有光敏剂4,该光敏剂4是一种能吸收辐射能,经激发发生光化学变化,产生具有引发聚合能力的活性中间体的物质,使得光敏剂4可以加快耐磨层103的降解,所述耐磨层103上设置有磨砂层5,通过磨砂层5的设置使得耐磨层103具有防滑特性,当人的手去拿时更加舒适,所述基础层101的下侧设置有保温隔热层104,所述保温隔热层104采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,所述保温隔热层104的厚度为0.5mm,该陶瓷纤维纸具有隔热和耐高温的特性,陶瓷纤维纸最高可耐1400℃的高温,所述保温隔热层104的下侧设置有第二阻燃层105,所述第二阻燃层105的下侧设置有防油层106,所述防油层106采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,所述防油层106的厚度为60-80μm,流延聚丙烯薄膜能耐121℃、30min的高温蒸煮,耐油性、气密性较好,且热封性较好,所述防油层106上设置有多个通气孔107,多个所述通气孔107均匀分布在防油层106上,使得空气可以进入到防油层106的内部,所述防油层106内设置有纳米银离子2,该纳米银离子2就是直径小于100纳米的金属银单质,一般在20~50纳米,纳米银是以原子结构组成的银粒子,而不是银离子,纳米银不带电荷,是固体粉末,当纳米银离子2分布在防油层106内后使其可以充分的对细菌进行杀灭,所述防油层106内设置有改性淀粉3,改性淀粉3是生物降解剂的一种,其可以促进防油层106的降解,所述纸张主体1的顶部设置有包裹装置6,所述包裹装置6包括:轴套601、销轴602、加长杆603和橡皮筋604,所述轴套601、销轴602和加长杆603均采用牛皮纸制成,所述纸张主体1的顶部安装有两个轴套601,每个所述轴套601内均转动连接有一个延伸至其外部的销轴602,每个所述销轴602上均安装有一个加长杆603,两个所述加长杆603之间连接有橡皮筋604。使用时,将食物包裹在防油层106内,防油层106采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,使其具有良好的耐油性和热封性,且防油层106内设置的纳米银离子2可以对细菌进行杀灭,可以防止食物腐败,基础层101采用牛皮纸制成,使其具有良好的承载性能,保温隔热层104采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,使其具有良好的保温隔热效果,有利于对食物进行保温;当纸张主体1上放置食物后,将纸张主体1折叠起来把食物包裹住,然后拉伸橡皮筋604,将橡皮筋604套在纸张主体1的外侧,使得纸张主体1内的食物被紧紧的包裹住,有利于对食物的保存;基础层101采用牛皮纸制成,保温隔热层104采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,牛皮纸和陶瓷纤维纸均可快速降解,耐磨层103采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜制成,耐磨层103内添加的光敏剂4可以加快双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜的降解,防油层106采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,防油层106内添加的改性淀粉3可以加快流延聚丙烯薄膜的降解,因此,纸张主体1可以快速降级,不会造成污染,有利于保护环境。
实施例2
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,所述第一阻燃层102和第二阻燃层105均采用阻燃纸制成,阻燃纸具有良好的阻止燃烧的特性,通过第一阻燃层102和第二阻燃层105的设置,使得纸张主体1不易被意外点燃,提高其安全性。
该可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,使用时,将食物包裹在防油层106内,防油层106采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,使其具有良好的耐油性和热封性,且防油层106内设置的纳米银离子2可以对细菌进行杀灭,可以防止食物腐败,基础层101采用牛皮纸制成,使其具有良好的承载性能,保温隔热层104采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,使其具有良好的保温隔热效果,有利于对食物进行保温;当纸张主体1上放置食物后,将纸张主体1折叠起来把食物包裹住,然后拉伸橡皮筋604,将橡皮筋604套在纸张主体1的外侧,使得纸张主体1内的食物被紧紧的包裹住,有利于对食物的保存;基础层101采用牛皮纸制成,第一阻燃层102和第二阻燃层105均采用阻燃纸制成,保温隔热层104采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,牛皮纸、阻燃纸和陶瓷纤维纸均可快速降解,耐磨层103采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜制成,耐磨层103内添加的光敏剂4可以加快双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜的降解,防油层106采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,防油层106内添加的改性淀粉3可以加快流延聚丙烯薄膜的降解,因此,纸张主体1可以快速降级,不会造成污染,有利于保护环境。

Claims (8)

1.一种可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,包括纸张主体(1),其特征在于,所述纸张主体(1)包括:基础层(101)、第一阻燃层(102)、耐磨层(103)、保温隔热层(104)、第二阻燃层(105)、防油层(106)和通气孔(107),所述基础层(101)采用牛皮纸制成,所述基础层(101)的上侧设置有第一阻燃层(102),所述第一阻燃层(102)的上侧设置有耐磨层(103),所述耐磨层(103)采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜制成,所述耐磨层(103)内设置有光敏剂(4),所述耐磨层(103)上设置有磨砂层(5),所述基础层(101)的下侧设置有保温隔热层(104),所述保温隔热层(104)采用陶瓷纤维纸制成,所述保温隔热层(104)的下侧设置有第二阻燃层(105),所述第二阻燃层(105)的下侧设置有防油层(106),所述防油层(106)采用流延聚丙烯薄膜制成,所述防油层(106)上设置有多个通气孔(107),所述防油层(106)内设置有改性淀粉(3),所述纸张主体(1)的顶部设置有包裹装置(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(103)的厚度为20-40μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述保温隔热层(104)的厚度为0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述防油层(106)的厚度为60-80μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,多个所述通气孔(107)均匀分布在防油层(106)上,所述防油层(106)内设置有纳米银离子(2)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述第一阻燃层(102)和第二阻燃层(105)均采用阻燃纸制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述包裹装置(6)包括:轴套(601)、销轴(602)、加长杆(603)和橡皮筋(604),所述纸张主体(1)的顶部安装有两个轴套(601),每个所述轴套(601)内均转动连接有一个延伸至其外部的销轴(602),每个所述销轴(602)上均安装有一个加长杆(603),两个所述加长杆(603)之间连接有橡皮筋(604)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可热封降解的淋膜牛皮纸,其特征在于,所述轴套(601)、销轴(602)和加长杆(603)均采用牛皮纸制成。
