技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸品材料，特别涉及一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料。
背景技术
在现在很多施工工艺或施工材料中，材料繁复、工艺复杂和成本较高成为使用者的痛病，且一些材料阻燃性差、质地笨重也没有较好的隔音和隔热的效果，而质地轻盈，成本较低，且实用性高的材料成为当下所需，为此，我们提出了一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，包括PP合成纸、一号硬纸板、二号硬纸板、凹槽、防水层、异形防水条、牛皮纸和阻燃纸，所述一号硬纸板表面粘附阻燃纸并错开连接为蜂窝状结构，所述蜂窝状结构顶部与底部均设有粘附阻燃纸的二号硬纸板且表面一侧设有防水层，所述防水层两侧均连接牛皮纸，所述PP合成纸连接于牛皮纸的一侧，所述蜂窝状结构内设有凹槽，所述异形防水条扣压于凹槽内。
进一步地，所述PP合成纸、硬纸板、牛皮纸和阻燃纸由丙烯酸胶粘附连接。
进一步地，所述异形防水条为“土”字形结构状。
进一步地，所述凹槽为与异形防水条相对应的“土”字形结构状。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明工作时通过一号硬纸板表面粘附阻燃纸并错开连接为蜂窝状结构，使整体结构重量轻盈且具有平压强度大和缓冲性能好的优点，并且粘附阻燃纸的二号硬纸板表面一侧设有防水层，隔离了纸品材料于湿度的接触保护其阻燃效果不会被破坏，牛皮纸提高了纸品材料抗撕裂强度和抗破裂度，PP合成纸拥有印刷性好遮挡紫外线照射，使其更加经久耐用，为了确保纸品材料不被湿度或外物侵害在蜂窝状结构内设有凹槽异形防水条扣压于凹槽。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示，一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，包括PP合成纸1、一号硬纸板3、二号硬纸板4、凹槽8、防水层5、异形防水条7、牛皮纸2和阻燃纸6，所述一号硬纸板3表面粘附阻燃纸6并错开连接为蜂窝状结构，所述蜂窝状结构顶部与底部均设有粘附阻燃纸6的二号硬纸板4且表面一侧设有防水层5，所述防水层5两侧均连接牛皮纸2，所述PP合成纸1连接于牛皮纸2的一侧，所述蜂窝状结构内设有凹槽8，所述异形防水条7扣压于凹槽8内。
其中，所述PP合成纸1、1硬纸板3、牛皮纸2和阻燃纸6由丙烯酸胶粘附连接，为纸品材料拥有相应的特性达到使用性能。
其中，所述异形防水条7为“土”字形结构状使其抓扣更加牢固。
其中，所述凹槽8为与异形防水条7相对应的“土”字形结构状，使达异形防水条7到防水防外物侵害的效果。
要说明的是，本发明为一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，工作时通过一号硬纸板3表面粘附阻燃纸6并错开连接为蜂窝状结构，使整体结构重量轻盈且具有平压强度大和缓冲性能好的优点，并且粘附阻燃纸6的二号硬纸板4表面一侧设有防水层5，隔离了纸品材料于湿度的接触保护其阻燃效果不会被破坏，牛皮纸2提高了纸品材料抗撕裂强度和抗破裂度，PP合成纸1拥有印刷性好遮挡紫外线照射，使其更加经久耐用，为了确保纸品材料不被湿度或外物侵害在蜂窝状结构内设有凹槽8异形防水条7扣压于凹槽8。

1.一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，包括PP合成纸（1）、一号硬纸板（3）、二号硬纸板（4）、凹槽（8）、防水层（5）、异形防水条（7）、牛皮纸（2）和阻燃纸（6），其特征在于，所述一号硬纸板（3）表面粘附阻燃纸（6）并错开连接为蜂窝状结构，所述蜂窝状结构顶部与底部均设有粘附阻燃纸（6）的二号硬纸板（4）且表面一侧设有防水层（5），所述防水层（5）两侧均连接牛皮纸（2），所述PP合成纸（1）连接于牛皮纸（2）的一侧，所述蜂窝状结构内设有凹槽（8），所述异形防水条（7）扣压于凹槽（8）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，其特征在于，所述PP合成纸（1）、硬纸板（3）、牛皮纸（2）和阻燃纸（6）由丙烯酸胶粘附连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，其特征在于，所述异形防水条（7）为“土”字形结构状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有阻燃性能的纸品材料，其特征在于，所述凹槽（8）为与异形防水条（7）相对应的“土”字形结构状。
