技术领域
本实用新型属于复合纸领域,主要涉及一种可降解的隔热食品淋膜纸。
背景技术
淋膜纸是将塑料粒子例如聚乙烯粒子通过流延机涂覆在纸张表面的复合材料,主要特点是此复合材料可以防油、防水(相对的)、可以热合,当用于包装汉堡等食品时,取其防油特性。刚出炉的汉堡等食物总是比较油腻,而且烫手的,但是目前使用的食品包装纸均为单层纸质结构,其挺度及韧性差,且由于普通纸耐油性差,包装带油的食物时,油会从包装纸内渗出,弄脏手和衣物,使用及其不便,而且刚做好的食物会比较烫手,还要消耗一个塑料袋,这也造成了浪费,而且塑料袋随便丢弃会造成环境污染。
把聚乙烯(通常所说的PE颗粒原料)经过高温变成液态流状胶水,通过流延机涂布在纸的表面,经过冷却设备处理后,流状聚乙烯均匀牢固地和纸复合在一起,称为淋膜纸;覆盖在纸面的PE(聚乙烯)材料具有良好拉伸韧性,因此膜面具有保护产品不受划伤的功能;膜面经水测试,不透气,不透水,具有很好的防潮作用,适宜于制造成袋装纸杯。
但是由聚乙烯淋膜纸生产的纸杯,在餐饮使用结束废弃后,其进入垃圾或环境系统后,表面淋膜层聚乙烯塑料不易降解,表现为其不可用堆肥化方式处理或自然条件下降解,影响了垃圾的堆肥化推广应用,造成了环境污染。由于其在日常生活中用量相对较大,构成的环境影响深受人们的关注。特别是随着我国城镇化的快速发展,生活垃圾堆肥化处理越来越多,环保型纸杯材料的开发受到重视。
聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)于20世纪90年代进入材料研究领域,并迅速成为可广泛推广应用的通用型生物降解塑料研究热点之一。PBS力学性能优异,耐热性能好,热变形温度和制品使用温度可以超过100℃。其合成原料来源既可以是石油资源,也可以通过生物资源发酵得到,PBS是目前世界公认的综合性能最好的生物降解塑料。可用于包装、餐具、化妆品瓶及药品瓶、一次性医疗用品、农用薄膜、农药及化肥缓释材料、生物医用高分子材料等领域。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种可降解的隔热食品包装淋膜纸,不仅可以有效防止油渗出,而且挺度和韧性好,还能够防止被食物烫伤。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可降解的隔热食品包装淋膜纸,具有原纸层和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层,所述聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层的厚度为15μm(重量在15克每平方米),原纸层外还有隔热层。
所述新结构淋膜纸可以是下述结构:所述原纸层具有相对的两个表面,所述隔热层位于所述原纸层的一个表面上,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层位于原纸层的另一个表面上,所述隔热层为带有正方形花纹的纸,在纸面上均匀热压正方形花纹,用于减小与手掌的接触面积,增加散热。
本实用新型的有益效果是:都可全生物降解,环保卫生,为后续使用完毕后进行垃圾系统堆肥处理提供保证,解决了纸杯对环境的影响与破坏,并且由于隔热层的隔热作用,不至于烫伤人手。

实施例1:一种可降解的隔热食品包装淋膜纸,如图1所示,原纸层1具有相对的两个表面,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层2粘接所述原纸层1的一个表面上,原纸层的另一个表面覆盖隔热层3,隔热层为热压有正方形花纹的纸层。
其中,所述聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层的厚度为15μm(重量在15克每平方米),所述原纸层可以是各种规格的化学木浆制成的原纸(白纸板)等。

1.一种可降解的隔热食品包装淋膜纸,具有原纸层、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层和隔热层,所述原纸层具有相对的两个表面,所述隔热层位于所述原纸层的一个表面上,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层位于原纸层的另一个表面上,其特征是,所述隔热层为热压有正方形花纹的纸层。
2.如权利要求1所述的可降解的隔热食品包装淋膜纸,其特征是,所述聚丁二酸丁二醇酯淋膜层的厚度为15μm。
