本实用新型涉及一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,包括袋体,该袋体的一侧开口作为放料或取料口,所述袋体包括面层、里层,面层和里层之间形成夹层,夹层内填充保温纤维,袋体的开口边缘连接有封条,所述封条具有连接宽边,该连接宽边与袋体开口的边缘热压连接;所述面层和里层分别是一片式PLA无纺布,面层和里层叠合构成袋体,袋体的两侧边再对合热压连接形成袋体封闭的两侧边。本实用新型的袋体采用可降解的PLA无纺布作为袋体,不仅更加环保而且更加安全,能够适用于食品的包装,且袋体具有夹层结构,并在夹层中填充PLA纤维作为保温纤维,隔尘、隔温有助于延长食品的保质期,且填充纤维对包装物有缓冲保护作用。

本实用新型属于包装用品技术领域,具体涉及一种可全降解的速运包装袋。
背景技术
保温环保速运包装袋,以全生物基新型可塑性材料,通过多种成型技术制造,避开了传统的以木材基、石油基等非环保材料的使用,普及使用本发明有效减少木材和石油化工材料的消耗,防止自然生态系统失衡及化工材料对环境的污染和破坏。
聚乳酸(PLA)是一种新型的生物降解材料,使用可再生的植物资源(如玉米)所提出的淀粉原料制成。淀粉原料经由发酵过程制成乳酸,再通过化学合成转换成聚乳酸。其具有良好的生物可降解性,使用后能被自然界中微生物完全降解,最终生成二氧化碳和水,不污染环境,这对保护环境非常有利,是公认的环境友好材料。
包装袋根据包装物的不同,在结构设计上也有区别,食品的保存和运输一直是有着较高的标准,因此针对食品的包装一直是业内关注的课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,产品原料简单,结构上具有较好的缓冲和保温作用。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,包括袋体,该袋体的一侧开口作为放料或取料口,所述袋体包括面层、里层,面层和里层之间形成夹层,所述面层的外表面设有淋膜层,夹层内填充保温纤维,袋体的开口边缘连接有封条,所述封条具有连接宽边,该连接宽边与袋体开口的边缘热压连接;所述面层和里层分别是一片式PLA无纺布,面层和里层叠合构成袋体,袋体的两侧边再对合热压连接形成袋体封闭的两侧边。
优选地,所述面层的外表面为20-60g/平方米淋膜层。
优选地,所述保温纤维为4D~10D的PLA短纤维。
上述热压连接具体为超声波热压缝合的连接。
本申请的封条采用PLA和PBAT的复合材料进行制作,强度上满足了使用要求,同时实现了随袋体一起降解
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:提供了一种全降解的保温包装袋,该袋体采用可降解的PLA无纺布作为袋体,不仅更加环保而且更加安全,能够适用于食品的包装,且袋体具有夹层结构,并在夹层中填充PLA纤维作为保温纤维,隔尘、隔温有助于延长食品的保质期,且填充纤维对包装物有缓冲保护作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1-3所示,本实施例中的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,包括袋体,该袋体的一侧开口作为放料或取料口,袋体包括面层1、里层2,面层1和里层2之间形成夹层,夹层内填充保温纤维(图中未示出),袋体的开口边缘连接有封条3,封条3具有连接宽边301,该连接宽边301与袋体开口的边缘热压连接。面层1和里层2分别是一片式PLA无纺布,面层1和里层2叠合构成袋体,袋体的两侧边再对合热压连接形成袋体封闭的两侧边。
面层的外表面为20-60g/平方米的淋膜层4,淋膜层便于印刷图案,也可起到防水的作用。
PLA无纺布的制作原料以及夹层内填充的保温纤维为4D的PLA短纤维,纤维长度30-120mm。
上述结构的速运包装袋,原料可降解,且具有保温防潮的特性,适用于食品运输包装领域。

2.根据权利要求1所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:所述面层的外表面为20-60g/平方米的淋膜层。
