Abstract
本发明公开了一种真空贴体包装膜,所述包装膜包括依次排列表层、第一结构层、组隔层、第二结构层和热封层,所述热封层采用乙烯‑丙烯酸甲酯共聚物加低密度聚乙烯为原料,或采用低密度聚乙烯加低密度聚乙烯为原料,在所述热封层的原料中还添加有竹炭颗粒;在所述表层上的设定部位设有3D打印识别码,所述3D打印识别码是在二维信息识别码的基础上通过3D打印机构成的具有凹凸结构三维信息识别码。该真空贴体包装膜具有结构简单、使用便捷、密封效果好、隔热性能好、对包装物品具有一定的抑菌效果,且在表面设置有3D打印三维信息识别码及在表层上印有防伪标识。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜结构技术领域,具体涉及一种真空贴体包装膜的结构。
背景技术
真空贴体包装(Vacuum Skin packaging),是被包产品置于专用的塑料片材或薄膜上,使覆盖产品的贴体膜在加热和抽真空作用下紧贴产品表面,并与底膜封合。经贴体包装的产品,既受到良好的保护又展示了其自然形态及外观。
使用VSP用于食品包装时,有很多难以替代的优点。
1、优秀的真空与贴体紧密保护(更长的保质期);
2、没有真空隧道效应和液体聚集;
3、更好的包装展示效果(吸引眼球);
4、减少冰冻食品的冻斑;
5、可用于包装柔软的内容物;
6、垂直展示,减少展示空间,便于配送。
易腐烂食品在与微生物(例如细菌、霉菌等)接触时容易受到污染。污染会导致加快腐败、毒素形成和其它有害结果。将此类易腐烂物品包装在不透气材料(例如箔、涂布纸板和隔氧膜)中可提供对微生物污染的屏障。但是,诸如肉毒杆菌(C.botulinum)的厌氧生物在氧耗竭气氛中会旺盛生长,肉毒杆菌产生导致肉毒中毒的强力毒素。不透气材料(例如箔、纸板和隔氧膜)不适合包装对肉毒杆菌毒素形成极敏感的物品。
在新鲜鱼中,肉毒杆菌污染特别成问题。为此原因,一般对包装的新鲜鱼进行冷冻。为了避免与新鲜鱼的贮存、运输和销售相关的问题,适于保护新鲜鱼的包装受人欢迎。
真空包装是用来保护易腐烂物品不发生变质的方法,其中在密封包装之前,对包装施用真空以积极去除空气,以使包装膜适合内容物的形状。贴体包装是已知技术,其中将物品紧紧包裹在包装材料内,并基本排除所有的空气。真空贴体包装是所述两种包装方法的组合。但是,这类常规包装排除氧气,因而不能抑制肉毒杆菌的生长。
已知在包装中包含某些气体来提高内容物的贮存稳定性,延长货架寿命。如果在包装的顶部空间中可得到氧气以抑制厌氧生物的生长,可用不透气材料制备包装。但是,在此类包装的顶部空间中难以提供足够的氧气,以提供对抗厌氧生物生长的延长保护。
人们会希望保持食品中的水分含量,这增加了包装易腐烂食品(例如鱼)的复杂性。可将鱼包装于浅盘中,所述浅盘具有搁置鱼的抬升区域,允许鱼的底部接触氧气。但是,这种浅盘允许液体从鱼中排出。具有高透湿性的膜允许水分从包装中逸出,引起产品脱水,质量降低。
人们希望制备用于包装易腐烂食品的具有高透氧性和低透湿性的包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、使用便捷、密封效果好、隔热性能好、具有一定的抑菌效果,且在表面设置有3D打印三维信息识别码的真空贴体包装膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种真空贴体包装膜,所述包装膜包括依次排列的表层、第一结构层、组隔层、第二结构层和热封层,所述热封层采用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)加低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为原料,或采用低密度聚乙烯(EBA)加低密度聚乙烯(LDEP)为原料,在所述热封层的原料中还添加有竹炭颗粒;在所述表层上的设定部位设有3D打印识别码,所述3D打印识别码是在二维信息识别码的基础上通过3D打印机构成的具有凹凸结构三维信息识别码。
为了便于将更多、更丰富,且各种不同的商品信息通过三维码的形式附着在商品包装物的表面,优选的技术方案是,所述凹凸结构包括在表层上的设定部位设有一个整体结构凹凸体,或设有若干个凹凸体,凹凸体的凹凸形状及凹凸的幅度依据记载信息的需要而设置。
为了便于将更多、更丰富,且各种不同的商品信息通过三维码的形式附着在商品包装物的表面,进一步优选的技术方案是,所述凹凸体纵向截面的形状呈曲线形,或呈锯齿形,活成方波形。
为了便于提高3D打印的效率,节省3D打印的耗材,防止三维信息识别码被损坏或被磨损,进一步优选的技术方案还有,所述3D打印识别码的厚度为0.03mm~0.08mm。
为了便于盖膜用在每一个包装产品上都能够具有三维信息识别码,进一步优选的技术方案还有,所述表层上每隔0.1m~0.2m设置一个3D打印识别码。
为了便于3D打印识别码的材料与真空贴体包装膜能够得到良好的结合,同时为了降低打印耗材,优选的技术方案还有,所述3D打印识别码的材料为工业ABS材料、PC类材料、尼龙类材料中的任意一种。
为了使得包装膜能够更好的保护好被包装物,进一步优选的技术方案还有,所述表层采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或线性高压聚乙烯(LLDPE)材料,阻隔层采用乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)材料,第一结构层与第二结构层采用乙烯-乙酸乙烯(醋酸乙烯)酯共聚物(EVA)材料。
为了有效地提高热封层的贴合强度,使得VSP材料可以直接与PET、PS、PVC、PP等材料贴合,无需PET、PS、PVC、PP等先与热封层复合,同时贴合的强度可由弱至强调整。优选的技术方案还有,所述热封层中的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物或低密度聚乙烯占50%~95%,低密度聚乙烯占0%~50%,竹炭颗粒占5%。
为了使得包装膜能够适用于不同物品的包装,或达到不同的包装效果,优选的技术方案还有,所述表层的厚度为0.02mm~0.03mm,所述第一结构层与第二结构层的厚度均为0.08mm~0.12mm,所述组隔层的厚度为0.03mm~0.05mm,所述热封层的厚度为0.04mm~0.06mm。
为了预防假冒商品充斥市场,损害消费者的利益,优选的技术方案还有,在所述表层上印有防伪标识。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:该真空贴体包装膜具有结构简单、使用便捷、密封效果好、隔热性能好、对包装物品具有一定的抑菌效果,且在表面设置有3D打印三维信息识别码及在表层上印有防伪标识。由于包装膜采用新型的VSP贴体膜热封层设置方式,使用EMA,或EBA材料,与LDPE或LLDPE或EVA进行共混,共混的比例一般为EMA或EBA50%~95%,LDPE0%~50%,竹炭颗粒5%。共混的比例根据贴合的强度来进行调整,减少LDPE的比例增加强度,增加LDPE的比例降低强度。
使用上述热封层的配置方式,使得VSP材料可以直接与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚苯乙烯系塑料(PS)、聚氯乙烯塑料(PVC)、聚丙烯是由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂(PP)等材料贴合,无需PET、PS、PVC、PP等先与热封层复合。同时贴合的强度可由弱至强调整。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1~3所示,本发明是一种真空贴体包装膜,所述包装膜包括依次排列的表层1、第一结构层2、组隔层3、第二结构层4和热封层5,所述热封层5采用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)加低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为原料,或采用低密度聚乙烯(EBA)加低密度聚乙烯(LDEP)为原料,在所述热封层5的原料中还添加有竹炭颗粒6;在所述表层1上的设定部位设有3D打印识别码6,所述3D打印识别码7是在二维信息识别码的基础上通过3D打印机构成的具有凹凸结构三维信息识别码。
乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)中,丙烯酸甲酯含量8%~40%的乙烯共聚物。乳白色半透明固体。熔体流动速率2~6g/10min,维卡软化点59℃。耐环境应力开裂性好,电性能优良,挤塑贴合温度316~322℃。由乙烯和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,以氧或过氧化物为引发剂,高压加热聚合而得。可吹塑成薄膜用作一次性手套、医药和食品包装;挤塑制软管和型材;吹塑制玩具;发泡制泡沫板材等。
乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(EBA)是乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物,含有27%的丙烯酸丁酯,外观呈半透明软颗粒。采用独特的管式法生产,BA单体分布更均匀,材料柔韧、熔点高、热稳定性高、热封性能好、低温抗冲击性好、对颜料和无机填料的包容力强;且极性高,与各种聚合物都有良好的相容性能。可采用共挤和共混方式加工,也可采用挤出涂覆工艺。可用于复合膜、涂覆面料/地毯等产品的生产,塑料增韧改性,也可用于工程色母料的加工。符合膜、涂覆面料/地毯相溶性好,黏结力强。可用于多层复合膜PA、PET、AL、PE、PP的黏结层和热封层,作为胶粘树脂使用。或涂覆在PP无纺布、涤纶(PET)面料上;也可替代橡胶,用于尼龙地毯的背胶。色母和其他功能母粒载体树脂热稳定性高达330℃,填料的包容力超过70%,极性高与各种聚合物的相容性好;用于生产高质量、高浓度的工程塑料(PA6/66、PC、ABS、PET、PBT)用母料。PA、ABS、PP的增韧改性和低温性能改善低成本的增韧解决方案,5%的添加量可使PA6/66的抗冲击性能由60J/M分别提升至105J/M和90J/M;可使ABS的抗冲击性能由140J/M提升至180J/M;用于PP可使抗冲击性提高2—3倍。且改性后,熔体粘度不增加,加工性好。环保、无毒软制品透明医用手套、尿袋、洗衣机管等,改性PP、PE用于生产抗折软包装、塑料合页和薄膜等。
线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),是乙烯与少量高级α-烯烃(如丁烯-1、己烯-1、辛烯-1、四甲基戊烯-1等)在催化剂作用下,经高压或低压聚合而成的一种共聚物,密度处于0.915~0.940克/立方厘米之间。但按ASTM的D-1248-84规定,0.926~0.940克/立方厘米的密度范围属中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)。新一代LLDPE将其密度扩大至塑性体(0.890~0.915克/立方厘米)和弹性体(<0.890克/立方厘米)。但美国塑料工业协会(SPI)和美国塑料工业委员会(APC)只将LLDPE的范围扩大至塑性体,不包括弹性体。上世纪80年代,UnionCarbide和DowChemical公司将其早期销售的塑性体和弹性体称之为非常低密度的聚乙烯(VLDPE)和超低密度聚乙烯(ULDPE)树脂。
竹炭颗粒是以三年生以上高山毛竹为原料,经近千度高温烧制而成的一种炭。竹炭具有疏松多孔的结构,其分子细密多孔,质地坚硬。有很强的吸附能力,能净化空气、消除异味、吸湿防霉、抑菌驱虫。与人体接触能去湿吸汗,促进人体血液循环和新陈代谢,缓解疲劳。经科学提炼加工后,已广泛应用于日常生活中。颗粒炭含水率14%~18%,片炭含水率5%~8%;固定碳含竹炭量85%~88%;灰分含量2%~4%;比表面积300~600m2/g;挥发分6%~8%;干碳热值30000~33000kJ/kg:pH值8~9;气干密度0.800~1.320/cm。竹炭分子结构呈六角形,质地坚硬,细密多孔,吸咐力强,具有吸附功能;竹炭空隙度高,非常适合作为土壤微生物和有机营养成份的载体,可以增强土壤活力,是一种良好的土壤改良材料;竹炭具有弱导电性,起到防静电与屏蔽电磁辐射的作用;在加工食品行业,近些年已经开发出竹炭花生、竹炭点心等食用品,在这些食品上包裹一层竹炭,随同食品一起食用,可以起到清洁肠胃的作用。
为了便于将更多、更丰富,且各种不同的商品信息通过三维码的形式附着在商品包装物的表面,本发明优选的实施方案是,所述凹凸结构包括在表层1上的设定部位设有一个整体结构凹凸体,或设有若干个凹凸体,凹凸体的凹凸形状及凹凸的幅度依据记载信息的需要而设置。

为了便于3D打印识别码的材料与真空贴体包装膜能够得到良好的结合,同时为了降低打印耗材,本发明优选的实施方案还有,所述3D打印识别码7的材料为工业ABS材料、PC类材料、尼龙类材料中的任意一种。
其中ABS材料为ABS树脂是五大合成树脂之一,其抗冲击性、耐热性、耐低温性、耐化学药品性及电气性能优良,还具有易加工、制品尺寸稳定、表面光泽性好等特点,容易涂装、着色,还可以进行表面喷镀金属、电镀、焊接、热压和粘接等二次加工,广泛应用于机械、汽车、电子电器、仪器仪表、纺织和建筑等工业领域,是一种用途极广的热塑性工程塑料。丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物是由丙烯腈,丁二烯和苯乙烯组成的三元共聚物。
PC塑料也叫做聚碳酸酯,是一种无色透明的无定性热塑性材料。聚碳酸酯无色透明,耐热,抗冲击,阻燃,在普通使用温度内都有良好的机械性能。同性能接近聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相比,聚碳酸酯的耐冲击性能好,折射率高,加工性能好,不需要添加剂就具有UL94V-0级阻燃性能。但是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相对聚碳酸酯价格较低,并可通过本体聚合的方法生产大型的器件。随着聚碳酸酯生产规模的日益扩大,聚碳酸酯同聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯之间的价格差异在日益缩小。
为了使得包装膜能够更好的保护好被包装物,本发明优选的实施方案还有,所述表层采用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或线性高压聚乙烯(LLDPE)材料,阻隔层采用乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)材料,第一结构层与第二结构层采用乙烯-乙酸乙烯(醋酸乙烯)酯共聚物(EVA)材料。
高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),是一种结晶度高、非极性的热塑性树脂。原态HDPE的外表呈乳白色,在微薄截面呈一定程度的半透明状。PE具有优良的耐大多数生活和工业用化学品的特性。某些种类的化学品会产生化学腐蚀,例如腐蚀性氧化剂(浓硝酸),芳香烃(二甲苯)和卤化烃(四氯化碳)。该聚合物不吸湿并具有好的防水蒸汽性,可用于包装用途。HDPE具有很好的电性能,特别是绝缘介电强度高,使其很适用于电线电缆。中到高分子量等级具有极好的抗冲击性,在常温甚至在-40摄氏度低温度下均如此。
线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)。线性低密度聚乙烯在结构上不同于一般的低密度聚乙烯,因为不存在长支链。LLDPE的线性度取决于LLDPE和LDPE的不同生产加工过程。LLDPE通常在更低温度和压力下,由乙烯和高级的a烯烃如丁烯、己烯或辛烯共聚合而生成。共聚过程生成的LLDPE聚合物具有比一般LDPE更窄的分子量分布,同时具有线性结构使其有着不同的流变特性。LLDPE的熔融流动特性适应新工艺的要求,特别是用薄膜挤出工艺,可产出高质的LLDPE产品。LLDPE应用于聚乙烯所有的传统市场,增强了抗伸、抗穿透、抗冲击和抗撕裂的性能,使LLDPE适于作薄膜。它的优异的抗环境应力开裂性,抗低温冲击性和抗翘曲性使LLDPE对管材、板材挤塑和所有模塑应用都有吸引力。LLDPE最新的应用是作为地膜用于废渣填埋和废液池的衬层。
乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)一直是应用最多的高阻隔性材料。这种材料的薄膜类型除了非拉伸型外,还有双向拉伸型、铝蒸镀型、黏合剂涂覆型等,双向拉伸型中还有耐热型的用于无菌包装制品。EVOH的阻隔性能取决于乙烯的含量,一般来说当乙烯含量增加时候,气体阻隔性下降,但易于加工。EVOH显著特点是对气体具有极好的阻隔性和极好加工性,另外透明性、光泽性、机械强度、伸缩性、耐磨性、耐寒性和表面强度都非常优异。在包装领域,EVOH制成复合膜中间阻隔层,应用在所有的硬性和软性包装中;在食品业中用于无菌包装、热罐和蒸煮袋,包装奶制品、肉类、果汁罐头和调味品;在非食品方面,用于包装溶剂、化学药品、空调结构件、汽油桶内衬、电子元件等。在食品包装方面,EVOH的塑料容器完全可以替代玻璃和金属容器,国内多家水产公司出口海鲜就使用PE/EVOH/PA/RVOH/PE五层共挤出膜真空包装。在加快EVOH复合膜研究同时,国外也在研究EVOH拉伸取向,新型EVOH薄膜对气体的阻隔性能为现有的高性能的非拉伸EVOH薄膜的3倍。另外EVOH也可以作为阻隔材料涂覆在其他合成树脂包装材料上,起到增强阻隔性能效果。EVOH产品不仅可以用途薄膜方面的生产,还可以大量运用于化妆品软包装,地暖管材,果冻杯及农药瓶等方面,EVOH作为一个无毒的环保型材料,不仅可以提高人们的生活质量,也对环境保护起着重要作用。
乙烯-乙酸乙烯(醋酸乙烯)酯共聚物(EVA),EVA,或E/VAC。一般乙酸乙烯(VA)含量在5%~40%。与聚乙烯相比,EVA由于在分子链中引入了乙酸乙烯单体,从而降低了结晶度,提高了柔韧性、抗冲击性、填料相溶性和热密封性能。一般来说,EVA树脂的性能主要取决于分子链上乙酸乙烯的含量。因构成组分比例可调从而符合不同的应用需要,乙酸乙烯(VA content)的含量越高,其透明度,柔软度及坚韧度会相对提高。
聚合方法用高压本体聚合(塑料用)、溶液聚合(PVC加工助剂)、乳液聚合(粘合剂)、悬浮聚合。乙酸乙烯(VA)含量高于30%的采用乳液聚合,乙酸乙烯含量低的就用高压本体聚合。
特性:EVA树脂的特点是具有良好的柔软性,橡胶般的弹性,在-50℃下仍能够具有较好的可挠性,透明性和表面光泽性好,化学稳定性良好,抗老化和耐臭氧强度好,无毒性。与填料的掺混性好,着色和成型加工性好。
它和乙酸乙烯含量和分子量、熔融指数关系很大。当熔融指数(MI)一定,乙酸乙烯(VAC)含量提高时候,其弹性、柔软性、相溶性,透明性等也随着提高。当VAC含量减少时候,则性能接近于聚乙烯,刚性增高,耐磨性、电绝缘性提高。若VAC含量一定时候,融体指数增加时,则软化点下降,加工性和表面光泽改善但强度会下降,否则,随MI的降低则分子量增大,冲击性能和抗环境应力开裂性能提高。乙酸根的极性使弹性和粘性增大,结晶性和电性能下降,溶于烃类溶剂和油类。
为了有效地提高热封层5的贴合强度,使得VSP材料可以直接与PET、PS、PVC、PP等材料贴合,无需PET、PS、PVC、PP等先与热封层复合,同时贴合的强度可由弱至强调整,本发明优选的实施方案还有,所述热封层5中的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物或低密度聚乙烯占50%~95%,低密度聚乙烯占0%~50%,竹炭颗粒6占5%。
为了使得包装膜能够适用于不同物品的包装,或达到不同的包装效果,本发明优选的实施方案还有,所述表层1的厚度为0.02mm~0.03mm,所述第一结构层2与第二结构层4的厚度均为0.08mm~0.12mm,所述组隔层3的厚度为0.03mm~0.05mm,所述热封层5的厚度为0.04mm~0.06mm。
为了预防假冒商品充斥市场,损害消费者的利益,本发明优选的实施方案还有,在所述表层1上印有防伪标识8。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种真空贴体包装膜,所述包装膜包括依次排列的表层、第一结构层、组隔层、第二结构层和热封层,其特征在于,所述热封层采用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物加低密度聚乙烯为原料,或采用低密度聚乙烯加低密度聚乙烯为原料,在所述热封层的原料中还添加有竹炭颗粒;在所述表层上的设定部位设有3D打印识别码,所述3D打印识别码是在二维信息识别码的基础上通过3D打印机构成的具有凹凸结构三维信息识别码。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述凹凸结构包括在表层上的设定部位设有一个整体结构凹凸体,或设有若干个凹凸体,凹凸体的凹凸形状及凹凸的幅度依据记载信息的需要而设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述凹凸体纵向截面的形状呈曲线形,或呈锯齿形,活成方波形。
4.如权利要求3所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述3D打印识别码的厚度为0.03mm~0.08mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述表层上每隔0.1m~0.2m设置一个3D打印识别码。
6.如权利要求5所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述3D打印识别码的材料为工业ABS材料、PC类材料、尼龙类材料中的任意一种。
7.如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述表层采用高密度聚乙烯或线性高压聚乙烯材料,阻隔层采用乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物材料,第一结构层与第二结构层采用乙烯-乙酸乙烯(醋酸乙烯)酯共聚物材料。
8.如权利要求7所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述热封层中的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物或低密度聚乙烯占50%~95%,低密度聚乙烯占0%~50%,竹炭颗粒占5%。
9.如权利要求8所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,所述表层的厚度为0.02mm~0.03mm,所述第一结构层与第二结构层的厚度均为0.08mm~0.12mm,所述组隔层的厚度为0.03mm~0.05mm,所述热封层的厚度为0.04mm~0.06mm。
10.如权利要求9所述的真空贴体包装膜,其特征在于,在所述表层上印有防伪标识。
