Abstract

本发明涉及保鲜技术领域,它公开了一种保鲜膜,包括以下重量份的原料:木聚糖2.5—5%,甘露聚糖2.5—5%,壳聚糖1—5%,聚醚砜0.1—0.5%,聚乙烯15—30%,甘油0.5—1%,醋酸1—5%,液体石蜡0.05—0.15%,余量为去离子水。本发明采用醋酸溶解壳聚糖,使得本发明产品抗拉强度大,具有良好的租油和阻氧性能,弹性和热塑性比较好;本发明所使用的原料都是可降解的,对人体不会产生伤害,能使保鲜的物品失水率、腐烂率、发霉率降低,能较好的保持所保鲜的物品内的营养成分,从而延长了所保鲜物品的贮藏期。

一种保鲜膜
技术领域
本发明涉及保鲜技术领域,尤其涉及到一种保鲜膜。
背景技术
在物质文明日益发达的今天,保鲜膜的使用已走进千家万户,成为居家必备之良品。市售的保鲜膜产品都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜膜又可分为三大类,分别是PE保鲜膜、PVC保鲜膜和PVDC保鲜膜。其中,PE和PVDC这两种材料对人体是安全的,可以放心使用,而PVC对人体的危害则非常大,其内的增塑剂预热遇油会溶解迁移出来,随食物进入人体,对人体造成致癌作用。因此,国家明令禁止不允许用PVC保鲜膜装热的食品、熟食以及在微波炉加热。自然界中存在着大量的微生物,这些数以亿计的细小生物体分布在空气、水、土壤中,可以说无处不在。食物在放置过程中常常腐败发霉,这与空气中到处弥散的真菌孢子有很大的关系,尤其在沿海潮湿地区。现有的保鲜膜很少注重抗菌防霉方面,这就为我们开发一种具有抗菌性能的保鲜膜提供了机遇和方向。因此,我们希望发明一种具有抗菌防霉性能的食品保鲜膜,将抗菌保健物质很好的溶入保鲜膜中,使其具有持久保鲜、高效抗菌、耐受高低温、无毒无害、生物降解性好的特点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种保鲜膜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:木聚糖2.5—5%,甘露聚糖2.5—5%,壳聚糖1—5%,聚醚砜0.1—0.5%,聚乙烯15—30%,甘油0.5—1%,醋酸1—5%,液体石蜡0.05—0.15%,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述保鲜膜包括以下重量份的原料:木聚糖3.5—5%,甘露聚糖3.5—5%,壳聚糖3—5%,聚醚砜0.25—0.5%,聚乙烯20—30%,甘油0.8—1%,醋酸2—5%,液体石蜡0.05—0.1%,余量为去离子水。
一种保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量百分比,将壳聚糖加入到醋酸中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油和液体石蜡,充分搅拌,静置8—10小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖、甘露聚糖、聚醚砜、聚乙烯和去离子水,搅拌均匀,静置10—12小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,50—70℃干燥6—7小时后取出,自然冷却即可。
本发明采用醋酸溶解壳聚糖,使得本发明产品抗拉强度大,具有良好的租油和阻氧性能,弹性和热塑性比较好;本发明所使用的原料都是可降解的,对人体不会产生伤害,能使保鲜的物品失水率、腐烂率、发霉率降低,能较好的保持所保鲜的物品内的营养成分,从而延长了所保鲜物品的贮藏期。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
实施例一:
(1)将壳聚糖5%加入到醋酸醋酸5%中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油1%和液体石蜡0.1%,充分搅拌,静置10小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖5%、甘露聚糖5%、聚醚砜0.5%、聚乙烯30%和去离子水48.4%,搅拌均匀,静置12小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,70℃干燥7小时后取出,自然冷却即可。将本发明保鲜膜用于保鲜草莓,贮藏4天无一颗发霉,贮藏6天,草莓发霉率仅为0.8%。
实施例二:
(1)将壳聚糖3%加入到醋酸醋酸2%中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油0.8%和液体石蜡0.05%,充分搅拌,静置8小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖3.5%、甘露聚糖3.5%、聚醚砜0.25%、聚乙烯20%和去离子水66.9%,搅拌均匀,静置10小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,50℃干燥6小时后取出,自然冷却即可。将本发明保鲜膜用于保鲜芒果,贮藏4天无一颗发霉,贮藏7天,芒果发霉率仅为0.9%。
实施例三:
(1)将壳聚糖4%加入到醋酸醋酸4%中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油0.9%和液体石蜡0.09%,充分搅拌,静置9小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖4%、甘露聚糖4%、聚醚砜0.4%、聚乙烯25%和去离子水57.61%,搅拌均匀,静置11小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,60℃干燥6.5小时后取出,自然冷却即可。将本发明保鲜膜用于保鲜豆芽,贮藏4天无一棵发霉,贮藏6天,豆芽发霉率仅为0.8%。
实施例四:
(1)将壳聚糖3.5%加入到醋酸醋酸3%中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油0.8%和液体石蜡0.09%,充分搅拌,静置8.5小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖4.5%、甘露聚糖4.5%、聚醚砜0.41%、聚乙烯28%和水55.2%,搅拌均匀,静置10小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,65℃干燥7小时后取出,自然冷却即可。将本发明保鲜膜用于保鲜蘑菇,贮藏4天无一颗发霉,贮藏6天,蘑菇发霉率仅为0.75%。
实施例五:
(1)将壳聚糖4.5%加入到醋酸醋酸4.5%中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油0.9%和液体石蜡0.1%,充分搅拌,静置9.5小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖5%、甘露聚糖5%、聚醚砜0.5%、聚乙烯22.5%和水57%,搅拌均匀,静置11小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,55℃干燥6小时后取出,自然冷却即可。将本发明保鲜膜用于保鲜辣椒,贮藏4天无一颗发霉,贮藏7天,辣椒发霉率仅为1.0%。
为了进一步说明本发明的性能,将本发明与市售的保鲜膜进行对比,都用于保鲜豆干,对比结果如下:本发明保鲜膜用于保鲜豆干,贮藏4天无一个发霉,贮藏7天,豆干发霉率仅为0.75%;而未经处理的草莓贮藏4天霉变率就为2%,贮藏7天霉变率更是高达5%。
最后所应说明的是,以上具体实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (3)

1.一种保鲜膜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:木聚糖2.5—5%,甘露聚糖2.5—5%,壳聚糖1—5%,聚醚砜0.1—0.5%,聚乙烯15—30%,甘油0.5—1%,醋酸1—5%,液体石蜡0.05—0.15%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜膜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:木聚糖3.5—5%,甘露聚糖3.5—5%,壳聚糖3—5%,聚醚砜0.25—0.5%,聚乙烯20—30%,甘油0.8—1%,醋酸2—5%,液体石蜡0.05—0.1%,余量为去离子水。
3.一种权利要求1至2之一所述的保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量百分比,将壳聚糖加入到醋酸中,充分搅拌使其溶解,然后加入甘油和液体石蜡,充分搅拌,静置8—10小时;
(2)然后向步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入木聚糖、甘露聚糖、聚醚砜、聚乙烯和去离子水,搅拌均匀,静置10—12小时,真空脱气,倒膜,使其流延于铺膜工具上,将膜置于干燥箱中,50—70℃干燥6—7小时后取出,自然冷却即可。
