Description
Claims (19)
- 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 함유하고 적어도 부분적으로 결정성인 고체 물질 또는 성형체를 처리하는 방법으로서, 상기 고체 물질 또는 성형체를 제조하기 위한 통합 방법의 하기 단계들 중 하나 이상의 단계 후에, 상기 고체 물질 또는 성형체를 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(i) 모액으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 결정성인 고체 물질을 분리하는 단계 (II) 후, 또는 (ii) 상기 고체 물질을 성형체로 성형하는 단계 (S) 후, 또는 (iii) 상기 고체 물질 또는 상기 성형체를 소성하는 단계 (C) 후.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고체 물질을 실온에 비해 상승된 온도에서 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물을 함유하는 조성물이 탈이온수, 수증기, 스팀, 상압에 비해 상승된 압력에서의 스팀, 초임계수, 수용액, 암모니아수로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 제올라이트가 Ti를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Ti를 함유하는 하나 이상의 제올라이트가 구조 분류 MFI, MEL, MWW, BEA 또는 이들의 임의의 혼합된 구조의 물질들로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 물질 또는 성형체를 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계를, 고체 물질의 합성 또는 처리를 위해 사용되는 반응기에서, 또는 고체 물질 또는 고체 물질로부터 제조된 성형체를 화학 반응에서 촉매로 사용하는 반응기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 함유하는 고체 물질을 제조하기 위한 통합 방법으로서, 적어도 하기 단계들을 포함하며, 하기 단계 (III)는 임의적인 것인 통합 방법:(I) 합성 혼합물로부터 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 함유하는 하나 이상의 고체 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 결정화함으로써, 적어도 상기 고체 물질 및 모액을 함유하는 혼합물 (I)을 수득하는 단계;(II) 혼합물 (I)에서 고체 물질을 분리 및/또는 농축시키는 단계;(W) 단계 (II)로부터의 고체 물질을 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계; 및(III) 단계 (W)로부터의 고체 물질을 응집화, 또는 과립화, 또는 응집화 및 과립화시키는 단계.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계 (W) 후에, 고체 물질을 물을 함유하는 조성물의 적어도 일부로부터 분리하는, 즉 단계 (II)를 반복 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (II)에서 분리 및/또는 농축시키는 방법이 한외여과, 분무건조, 분무과립화, 불활성 지지체를 (I)로부터의 합성 용액과 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합 방법.
- 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 함유하는 성형체를 제조하기 위한 통합 방법으로서, 적어도 하기 단계들을 포함하며, 하기 단계 (III)는 임의적이고, 단계 (W) 후, 또는 단계 (III) 후에 고체 물질을 성형체로 성형하는 하나 이상의 단계 (S)를 수행하는 것인 통합 방법:(I) 합성 혼합물로부터 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 함유하는 하나 이상의 고체 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 결정화함으로써, 적어도 상기 고체 물질 및 모액을 함유하는 혼합물 (I)을 수득하는 단계;(II) 혼합물 (I)에서 고체 물질을 분리 및/또는 농축시키는 단계;(W) 단계 (II)로부터의 고체 물질을 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계; 및(III) 단계 (W)로부터의 고체 물질을 응집화, 또는 과립화, 또는 응집화 및 과립화시키는 단계.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고체 물질을 성형하는 하나 이상의 단계가 펠렛화, 프레싱, 압출, 소결, 로스팅, 브리켓화로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 고체 물질을 성형하는 단계 (S)가 수행된 후에 단계 (W)가 수행되고, 상기 단계 (W)가 단계 (II) 후에 수행되는 단계 (W)를 대체하거나, 또는 단계 (II) 후에 수행되는 단계 (W)에 부가하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (II), (W) 또는 (III) 중 하나 이상의 단계 후에, 고체 물질 및/또는 성형체를 소성하는 단계 (C)를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 소성하는 상기 단계를 400℃ 초과의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합 방법.
- 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 함유하고 적어도 부분적으로 결정성인 고체 물질을 처리하는 공정에 의해 수득가능한 고체 물질로서, 상기 고체 물질을 제조하기 위한 통합 방법의 하기 단계들 중 하나 이상의 단계 후에 상기 고체 물질을 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 것인 고체 물질:(i) 모액으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 결정성인 고체 물질을 분리하는 단계 (II) 후, 또는 (ii) 상기 고체 물질을 소성하는 단계 (C) 후.
- 제15항에 있어서, Ti를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 물질.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 250 내지 350 nm의 영역에서, 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉하지 않은 물질에 비해 증가된 UV/VIS 흡수를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 물질.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (S)에서 성형체로 성형되고, 고체 물질을 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 단계에 부가하여 또는 상기 단계를 대신하여, 고체 물질을 성형체로 성형하는 단계 (S) 직후에, 또는 상기 성형체를 소성하는 후속 단계 (C) 후에, 성형체를 물을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 물질.
- 하나 이상의 C-C-이중결합을 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물과 하나 이상의 히드로퍼옥시드의 반응에서의 촉매 또는 조촉매로서, 제15항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체 물질 또는 성형체, 또는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 고체 물질 또는 성형체의 용도.
