Description
Claims (6)
- 유기층을 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 구비하고, 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 전압을 인가함으로써, 유기층에 전류가 흘러 발광하는 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,상기 유기층으로부터 사출되는 광을 소정의 광학 길이의 범위 내에서 반복하여 반사시켜, 이에 의해서 특정한 파장의 광을 증강 선택하는 미소 공진기; 및상기 미소 공진기의 광학 길이가 변동하는 부분에 대응하여 형성되고, 미소 공진기로부터 사출되는 광을 차광하는 차광막를 포함하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 유기층을 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 구비하고, 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 전압을 인가함으로써 유기층에 전류를 흘려 발광하는 유기 EL 소자를 다수 포함하는 유기 EL 패널에 있어서,상기 제1 전극은 상기 유기층으로부터의 광을 반사하는 반투과층을 포함하고,상기 제2 전극은 상기 유기층으로부터의 광을 반사하는 반사층을 포함하고,상기 반사층과 상기 반투과층 사이의 거리를 소정의 광학 길이로 함으로써, 상기 유기층에서 발생한 광을 상기 반사층과 상기 반투과층 사이에서 반복하여 반사시켜, 이에 의해서 상기 반사층과 상기 반투과층 사이를, 특정 파장의 광을 증강 선택하여 상기 반투과층으로부터 사출하는 미소 공진기로서 기능시킴과 함께,또한, 상기 미소 공진기의 광학 길이가 변동하는 부분에 대응하여, 미소 공진기로부터 사출되는 광을 차광하는 차광막을 형성한 유기 EL 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극을 반투과층과 투명 전극의 적층 구조로 하고, 상기 제2 전극을 반사층으로서 기능하는 금속 전극으로 하는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 반투과층과 투명 전극 중, 투명 전극이 상기 유기층 측에 배치되어 있는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극이 양극, 상기 제2 전극이 음극인 유기 EL 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극을 반사층으로서 기능하는 금속막과 투명 전극의 적층 구조로 하고, 상기 제2 전극을 반투과막과 투명 전극의 적층 구조로 하는 유기 EL 패널.
