Claims (4)
- 적어도 1개의 접지금속구와, 적어도 1개의 콘덴서와, 적어도 1개의 관통도체와, 적어도 1개의 절연튜브와, 적어도 1개의 절연케이스와, 절연수지를 포함하는 고전압 관통형 콘덴서로서,상기 접지금속부는, 한쪽면에 돌출부를 가지며,상기 돌출부는, 한쪽면에서 다른쪽면으로 관통하는 관통구멍 및 상기 관통구멍에 연속하는 내부공간을 가지고 있으며,상기 콘덴서는, 관통구멍을 가진 유전체자기를 포함하고, 상기 유전체자기의 상기 관통구멍의 개구하는 양면에 전극을 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 전극의 한쪽이 상기 접지금속부의 상기 한면상에 고착되어 있고,상기 관통도체는, 콘덴서 및 상기 접지금속부를 관통하고, 상기 전극의 다른쪽에 도통접속되어 있으며,상기 절연튜브는, 상기 관통도체에 씌워져 설치되어 있으며,상기 절연케이스는, 상기 접지금속부의 한쪽면에 구비되고, 일끝단이 상기 돌출부의 상기 바깥둘레에 끼워 넣어져 있고,상기 절연수지는, 상기 절연케이스의 내부 및 상기 접지금속부의 상기 내부공간에 충전됨과 동시에, 상기 콘덴서의 주위에 충전되어 있으며,상기 절연케이스쪽의 절연수지는, 브롬계의 난연제를 포함하는 에폭시수지로 이루어지며, 상기 브롬계 난연제는, 브롬화 방향족 글리시딜에테르인 고전압 관통형 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연수지의 브롬함유량은, 에폭시수지전체(충전제도 포함한다)에 대하여 2∼6wt%이고, 브롬화 방향족 글리시딜에테르에 대하여 40∼60wt%이며, 상기 브롬화 방향족 글리시딜에테르의 분자량은 200∼400인 고전압 관통형 콘덴서.
- 고전압 관통형 콘덴서를 필터로서 조립한 마그네트론으로서,상기 고전압 관통형 콘덴서는 제 1 항에 기재된 것으로 이루어지는 마그네트론.
- 고전압 관통형 콘덴서를 필터로서 조립한 마그네트론으로서, 상기 고전압 관통형 콘덴서는 제 2 항에 기재된 것으로 이루어지는 마그네트론.
