Claims (16)
- 주행체에 대해 액체를 스프레이하여 도포하는 액체 스프레이 장치로서, 액체를 분무하기 위한 분무 노즐과, 기류를 분사하기 위한 기류 분사구를 구비하고, 이 분무 노즐로부터 분무된 액체에 대해, 이 기류 분사구로부터 기류를 분사하고, 분무된 액체를 이 기류로 가속하여 주행체에 스프레이 할 수 있도록 분무 노즐 및 기류 분사구가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 주행체에 대해 액체를 스프레이하여 도포하는 액체 스프레이 장치로서, 액체를 분무하기 위한 분무 노즐을 구비한 스프레이 관과, 기류를 분사하기 위한 기류 분사구를 구비한 에어 박스를 구비하고, 이 분무 노즐로부터 분무된 액체에 대해, 이 기류 분사구로부터 기류를 분사하고, 분무된 액체를 이 기류로 가속하여 주행체에 스프레이 할 수 있도록 스프레이 관 및 에어 박스가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 에어 박스는 외벽과 이 외벽내에 지지편을 통하여 부착된 에어파이프를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 에어파이프는 그 관벽중 외벽에 설치된 기류 분사구와는 반대측의 위치에 관통한 구멍이 복수 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 관은 주행체의 폭방향에 일정한 간격을 두고 병렬설치된 복수의 분무 노즐을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 관은 분무 노즐에 액체를 보내기 위한 액체이송관, 압착공기를 보내기 위한 기체이송관, 및 이 기체이송관내의 압착공기의 압력을 균일하게 하기 위한 압조정관을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 관은 액체이송관내의 액체의 압력을 균일하게 하기 위한 압조정관을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 관은 간격을 두고 에어 박스에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 분무 노즐은 스프레이 패턴이 플랫하고, 스프레이 관에 대해 서로 경사시킨 상태로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 관은 에어 박스에 끼워 넣어서 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 관은 1개의 분무 노즐을 구비하고, 주행체의 폭방향으로 왕복이동하면서 액체를 스프레이 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주행체는 초지기 또는 가공기를 이동하는 종이체인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주행체는 초지기내 또는 가공기내에서 회전하거나 또는 순환하는 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 스프레이 장치.
- 상기 제 1 항에 기재된 액체 스프레이 장치를 사용하여 주행체에 액체를 스프레이 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체의 스프레이 방법.
- 상기 제 14 항에 기재된 액체의 스프레이 방법에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약액.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 약액은 오염방지제, 더스팅 방지제, 피치 콘트롤제, 이형제, 접착제, 표면수정제, 세제, 지력 증강제, 사이징제, 수율향상제, 발수제, 발유제, 미끄럼방지제, 윤활제, 유연제, 습윤제중 1개 또는 2개 이상을 조합한 것을 특징으로 하는 약액.
