Description
Claims (3)
- 드럼형 코어와,상기 드럼형 코어의 권축부(卷軸部)에 감겨지는 코일과,상기 코일의 주위에 배치되는 비도전성 부재의 케이스체와,상기 케이스체에 고정되는 동시에, 상기 케이스체의 직경 방향 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 코일의 단말이 동여매지는 바인딩 단자와,기판에 면실장(面室裝)될 때의 상기 기판과의 접촉부가 되는 평면 단자를 가지는 금속 단자 부재를 구비하고,상기 케이스체로부터 직경 방향 외측으로 연장되고, 상기 드럼형 코어의 높이 방향에 있어서, 상기 바인딩 단자와 겹치는 위치에 배치되고, 상기 바인딩 단자보다 넓은 폭 또는 대략 동등한 폭을 가지는 연장부가 형성되고,상기 단말은, 상기 바인딩 단자와 상기 연장부의 양쪽의 외주측으로부터 감겨진 것을 특징으로 하는 면실장 인덕터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연장부의 반경 방향 외측 단부에, 코일 단말의 이탈 방지용의 키(key)형부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 면실장 인덕터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 드럼형 코어의 높이 방향에 있어서의, 상기 케이스체의 상기 금속 단자 부재가 고정되는 측과 반대측의 단부에, 상기 드럼형 코어의 플랜지부에 직경 방향 외측으로부터 맞닿아, 상기 드럼형 코어를 접착 고정시키기 위한 고정면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 면실장 인덕터.
