Claims (6)
- 한 쌍의 머더유리에 액정표시시키기 위한 전처리를 실시해 접합된 큰 사이즈셀을 복수개로 분할하여 중간 사이즈셀로 하고, 이 중간 사이즈셀을 박판화가공하여 제품의 두께로 한 후, 제품 사이즈의 작은 사이즈셀로 분할하여서 이루어지는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 큰 사이즈셀에 대하여 중 사이즈셀이 형성되는 개소를 둘러싸도록 중간 사이즈셀용 외주실을 실시함과 동시에, 중간 사이즈셀용 외주실에 형성하는 공기방출용의 개구부를 중간 사이즈셀이 인접하는 근처에 적어도 1개소 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 큰 사이즈셀을 중간 사이즈셀로 분할하기 전에 큰 사이즈셀을 박판화가공 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인접하는 중간 사이즈셀용 외주실의 사이를 밀봉하는 부분을 시행함과 동시에, 그 중의 적어도 1개소는 공기방출용의 개구부로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스크라이빙을 실시하여 작은 사이즈셀로 분할한 후에, 스크라이빙으로 발생하는 분할면모서리부의 마이크로크랙을 제거하도록 면취가공을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간 사이즈셀은 큰 사이즈셀을 4∼12분할, 보다 바람직하게는 4∼9 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
